Great Location & Place Calm & Lovely

Just got back from an amazing stay at Demi & Andrei’s! The home was spotless, and the view was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend! We had so much to do in the area and barely scratched the surface.

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Thank you! I look forward to my return to Puerto Rico and to this Airbnb! Buen Dia!

This is a beautiful and safe place to stay. The place was a great size for our family of 5. The back patio is amazing. It is a short walk to Playa Azul beach which offered some fun waves, a 2 minute drive to Luquillo Beach that has everything you would want, a short 15 minute drive to Seven Seas beach, and about 20 minutes to El Yunque national forest. Around a 45 minute drive to Old San Juan. Downtown Luquillo is charming, offering many fun restaurants right on the water and a fun plaza where we caught some local live music. This place is a wonderful location offering easy access to the city and easy access to great beaches and the rainforest. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Natalia’s place was just as it looked in pictures, beautiful! Very clean, stylish, bathroom stocked well, private with wonderful pool and the location was amazing! The place was directly across the street from the beach, great restaurants within 5 minute walk (one right next door). Natalia was very accommodating, she let us have a later check out which we really appreciated. We got to meet Sean on our way out, very friendly and nice to chat with. We enjoyed our time at Natalia’s place very much! Easy, comfortable and accessible! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Looking forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay at John & Evelyn's ocean front dream place. The condo was clean and has a fantastic view of the beach. It's close to the airport and lots of places to eat. Old San Juan is about 15 minutes drive. I will highly recommend this place.

I could not say enough good about this beautiful Airbnb, the proximity to the beach is unmatched and something rare to find at the price point! Our stay felt like heaven, we didn’t even need to leave Isla Verde to enjoy every bit that Puerto Rico has to offer! The views were stunning, the place was exactly as described and I would be happy to come back again! I’m so thankful for this amazing Airbnb and for Vivian and all she did to make sure we had an incredible visit! Thank you so much!

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! Small cute studio, perfect for a couple. Restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store were all walking distance. The beach is right around the corner. The beach chairs were so convenient. Airport was literally 6 min. Away.

I am typically a solo traveler, but also travel with friends and family. I’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s for years, on the mainland USA, and the Island of Puerto Rico. This host, Jose, was the BEST I’ve ever encountered. Friendly and quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. The unit itself is well maintained with a beautiful Ocean view. There is also direct access to the beach and a pool. It’s suitable for a maximum of 4 people. A great place to stay, may cost a little more than the average online bookings, but worth it, due to all the amenities. Thank You again, Jose. I will be reserving this unit again, in the near future.

This spot is a gem! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be on a beautiful beach, with many restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was exactly as described - extremely clean and the bed was super comfy! Traveling solo I felt very safe here with the building being behind locked gates and the building itself also being locked. When going to the beach, I would recommend going to the left when you first go out the gate on to the beach and then keep walking for a bit. You will find a beautiful area with calm waters due to lots of rocks being further out blocking the waves. I spent the majority of my time here and it seemed that this was the spot lots of locals would spend time at as well. The beach chair/towels provided by Liz were so nice. Highly recommend!

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

Great spot to stay in!! It was very close to the beach which we loved! The place was easy to find and access! Pictures matches description of the Airbnb The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is respectful. The Airbnb is also close to a 24hour grocery store which is super convenient to get snacks and drinks for the stay! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Puerto Rico

We had an amazing stay at Peter and Jaylee’s airbnb. This was my second time staying here and it never disappoints! They are so responsive and helpful! Peter and Jaylee are also very understanding and accommodating. Communication is top notch and the airbnb is absolutely beautiful and spotless! It is right in front of Isla Verde Beach and is walkable to so many places and is a short ride to Old San Juan. We loved our stay here and hope to be back again soon! 🩷

If you’re thinking about booking this place - do it now!! Literally just as described, incredible ocean views and so close to the airport. So many fun things to do around and old San Juan is a 15 minute ride. Janisse is so sweet and answered any questions I had quickly. The check in is a bit tricky but follow the instructions she posted. I love that we were able to walk to the beach, and there are beach towels and umbrellas. Such a cute and cozy space.

Great place , great host , great neighborhood. Locals also very sweet and welcoming. The sounds of the waves put you right to bed. Definitely coming back!
