Se encuentra en la mejor Colonia de Tampico, muy bien ubicada y muy cerca de todo. A 8 min del Centro, a 5 min Centro Comercial ALTAMA, los supermercados y las Franquicias a menos de 7 min, los mejores restaurantes a 5 min. Cerca de Campo de Golf, a 3 Cuadras Tenis Aguila, a 2 min de Club Regatas, a 7 min de todos los Hospitales a 20 min de la Playa, a 7 min Parque Metropolitano es un lugar muy tranquilo y muy seguro, no se permiten fiestas ni música Alta. se acepta solo 1 mascota chica-mediana.

Departamento muy bien ubicado, dos cuartos (1 queen y 2 individuales), los dos con aire acondicionado minisplit, cocina completa, cómoda sala con pantalla, roku y wifi. Cuenta con comedor y barra. Ubicado a una cuadra y media del palacio municipal y de la plaza principal llamada "Plaza de armas". Además de estar rodeado de bancos, estacionamientos, supermercados, restaurantes y demás comercios. Muy cerca de atractivos turísticos como la antigua aduana, el nuevo mercado, la catedral, etc.

The apartment is located half a block from Ave Hidalgo (Tampico's main avenue that crosses the city) in a safe and quiet area very close to tourist areas. Ideal for 3 people, 2 sharing a double bed and 1 in a single bed within the same room, mini-split air conditioning in the room.
