Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

Our stay at La Casa dell Abate was truly wonderful and memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys beauty and comfort off the beaten path. From the moment we arrived, Allesio was welcoming, friendly, showed us around the home and offered tips on what to do. He will also offer you the opportunity for a pasta class or gourmet dinner which is prepared by their friend Francesco, in the private garden/outdoor kitchen. We really enjoyed this experience. Their home is beautifully decorated yet maintains the charm of the 16th century in which the village was built. We slept great in the peaceful surroundings and the comfortable beds with nice linens. An amazing super-authentic place in the middle of the Tuscan nature & fields ! The hacienda style accommodation truly offers a unique experience of the Tuscan country side. The accommodation is very authentic while also offering on-site restaurant with excellent food and excellent wine. The hosts are truly amazing and will go the extra mile to make your stay unique. The location is also very good as it is easily connected with main points of interest (i.e. places to visit, eat, etc).

Soggiorno SPLENDIDO......non c'è altro aggettivo per esprimere questo week-end.......siamo stati benissimo, era tutto perfetto, pulito, ordinato, la casa era freschissima, la piscina bellissima, non mancava veramente nulla, anzi Elwin (gentilissimo e a disposizione per tutto) ci ha fatto trovare delle attenzioni che ho particolarmente apprezzato, abbiamo trovato vino, succo di frutta, uova, merendine, tutte finezze che non sono scontate e fanno enormemente piacere. Io personalmente, ho fatto varie esperienze del genere, ma stavolta veramente è stato tutto PERFETTO, spero veramente di poterci tornare, per chi vuole passare un week-end rilassante, riposante e sereno , lo consiglio vivamente.....ancora grazie ad Elwin ed Yvette....a presto

The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure every detail of our stay was just right. The house itself is immaculate — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and filled with charming touches that reflect the Tuscan countryside. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, from the cozy linens to the spacious layout that gave us plenty of room to relax and unwind. Every corner of the home felt intentional and inviting. We especially loved waking up to the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a retreat. If you’re looking for an authentic, relaxing, and comfortable escape in Tuscany with a host who truly cares, Podere le Corticelle is the place. We can’t wait to return.

Silvia en Enrico hebben zichzelf overtroffen in gastvrijheid. Op alle mogelijke manieren werd deze vakantie een fenomenale ervaring. Prachtig verblijf, frisse kamers met alle comfort voorhanden. Heerlijk ontbijt met iedere ochtend een verrassingsgebak, Silvia haar baksels waar menig patissier van kan leren, Enrico, "King of the juice", vers sap met telkens een ander ingrediënt. Geen enkele vraag was voor de gastvrouw- en heer teveel. We hadden een sportievere vakantie waarbij zij ons nuttige tips gaven qua route en fietsenverhuur, verborgen pareltjes met fris kabbelend water, ... Een verblijf dat aan te raden is. Mensen met een hart voor hun onderneming, gastvrij zonder opdringerig te zijn. Met een zeer lekkere homemade Limoncello als kers op de taart. De huisdieren maakten het "thuisgevoel op vakantie" compleet. We komen hier graag terug, dankjewel Silvia & Enrico.
