Some of the best mountain biking is right out the front door and swimming in the nearby river is not to be missed. In the wintertime, access to the Narrow Gauge ski trail is a short walk away.

Within minutes of great hiking trails including part of the Appalachian Trail, Also some of the best Hunting and Fishing in New England. Our place is within walking distance to the beautiful, and historical Flagstaff Lake, downtown Stratton, the local town park, local restaurants, and a convenience store/Gas station right next door!

On the River 2 is located in the heart of the historic downtown Kingfield on Main street with river views of the Carrabassett river. Miss Lucy Lu (Lucy) is the cat residents who lives in this special apartment. She is the host and will greet you. She loves people. She is an indoor kitty. There is a restaurant next door, the gallery is downstairs, swimming out the back of the building. Sugarloaf mountain close by. Mountains of possibilities to explore in the western area of Maine.
