Beachfront holiday rental in Carriacou

I can’t imagin a better place to stay at in Union: amazing beautiful views, exquisite and cozy decoration, clean, perfectly located, and with the best host! Corina helped us with everything we needed and gave us great reccomendations, she even had a lovely gift for us at the end of our stay. We’d love to be back! 🌴😊🌊

Roxanne is the best thing that ever happened to Carriacou: she's the best chef in the Grenadines, concocting wonderful dishes from soups and entrées to main courses and desserts, and the presentation is always gorgeous (among our favourites are her callaloo soup, coconut shrimp, lobster, polenta, any of the local pan-fried fishes with veggies, roast chicken, home-made ice-cream, anything chocolate, lemon tart... we love having dinner at the Round House when the restaurant is open and, when it's not, it's good to know that Slipway and the pizza joint are available... we highly recommend this rental!

Corrina’s place matched the description. Many of the restaurants were closed post hurricane Beryl 7/1/24 so we cooked at home for 4 nights. We definitely missed meeting other tourists in restaurants as we typically do. It was very sad to see the destruction from the hurricane to so many homes,businesses, schools. And to imagine how many people became homeless with no roof over their head. We saw many locals working on their roofs and homes. We met 2 groups of people on the ferry who were in Union Island for 4 months providing aide. Our hearts go out to the locals. We bought groceries, fruit & veggies from local sellers on the Main Street.

Amazing rural location with beautiful views and cows grazing all around the property. 15 minute walk to nearest beach. 45 minute bus to nearest major town. Would definitely stay here again!

Never disappoints here at Bogles Roundhouse, even after hurricane Beryl Roxanne has managed to keep Bogles Roundhouse ticking and we were delighted to try and support Carriacou with our visit and support of the Kayak Carnival. Special thanks to Roxanne for accommodating us and putting up with our carnival revelry.

Exactly as advertised; very peaceful and quiet. The view was phenomenal. We went as a couple for a getaway, and spent almost all our time on the deck. We went to sleep listening to the waves each night, and woke up to a beautiful sunrise each morning. The beach was empty, and the town quiet. Our only regret as first time visitors to the island was that we didn’t stock up down south, as there are better supermarket options.

There aren't enough words to describe our experience on the Yacht Freedom with Gerrie & Hettie. From the time we checked-in, to departing, everything was perfect. We had a great time snorkeling, sharing stories and drinking rum punch. Gerrie and Hettie are the best hosts and all-around amazing people. If you have the opportunity, it's a must stay.

The property is a bit of a drive to get to places but if you’re looking to be away from everything this is worth it. Very peaceful and quiet. I was fortunate to have the whole place to myself including the pool and the views were beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. Abigail is also an amazing cook would definitely recommend eating at the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay with Roux and Christine aboard SV Era. We ended up sailing to several islands in the Grenadines, which made for a wonderful adventure vacation! The food and drinks provided by our hosts were outstanding! We never wanted for anything during our trip that was not provided by our wonderful hosts. Sailing Vessel ERA is a large, lovely Catamaran. It's a little older, and it's a full-time liveaboard yacht, so you shouldn't expect a pristine, luxury catamaran. I've looked into other overnight sailing charter experiences, and I know there isn't a better value than I found during my stay with Roux and Christina. So much fun! So much beauty! So much good food! Great snorkeling! We didn't want to leave, and I look forward to planning another stay. It was a great experience!

Stunning location, very peaceful with lovely views. Apartment was spacious and clean. Mattress and pillows could use an upgrade, but overall very comfortable. Enjoyed our meals in the evening, good home cooked food.

This is a review I've been meaning to write the past two times I've been here. The fact that I've come here three times already shows how much I enjoy coming here. The apartments here are great and have everything you need and Ken is great host. I always look to see if there is space available whenever I need to come to Victoria.

It was a privilege to be on Era, Christine and Roux’s home. They made us feel very relaxed and welcome from the start. The boat was well equipped especially the bar! We tried new things, trips were arranged to secluded bays and beaches and sunset dinners. There was a clear plan ahead of our arrival but it was flexible enough to accommodate our requests. Roux and Christine are really interesting and knowledgeable which meant plenty of conversations. The food was delicious and we loved trying new things. I loved having coffee on the deck in the morning very relaxing. Beautiful environment with turtles, rays, sunsets, snorkelling with a great mooring spot. It is fair to say we wanted an adventure and we certainly got one, we had complete confidence in our hosts and Era.

Would definitely stay here again.

What an incredible seven days in paradise. Alexander and Abigail and their entire team made our trip first rate.  All the meals were absolutely incredible, fresh and some of the best food we’ve ever ever had. Never a repeat at dinner and were treated to the national dish - Oil Down when requested. So much food! The beach resort itself is so quiet, clean. The only thing you hear is the ocean and the breeze. We stayed in the apt up on the hill and therefore was right beside the Infiniti Poole, a treat after a long day of hiking, exploring this beautiful island and its friendly people.  We prefer to stay out of the resorts and touristy areas, so this was gold. The beach area, meals, bar right on the property is perfection, but the kindness and welcoming spirit of everyone and their willingness to make your stay first class, is the reason to return. One of the best vacations we have ever taken. Such a wonderful stay. We are looking to buy property/retirement home on Grenada.

William's oceanfront apartment just south of Hillsborough was a perfect spot to relax and walkable into town. The ocean views were fabulous and being able to walk to a nearly empty beach every day was paradise. William was available with questions and he even tried to get me a rental car when another option fell through.

This airbnb wad the PERFECT place for our short trip to Union Island. We were super close to all the restaurants, beach, boats, Hugh Mulzac Square, Happy Island Bar and more! There was a convenient dollar van that constantly runs on the island so that made our navigation around the island very seamless. We took a trip out to the Tobago Cays which was a beautiful day trip - be sure to ask for Tevin or Alphonso! I would highly recommend staying at this gem :) I can't wait to come back!

If you’re looking for a true island escape, look no further! Beverly and Gary’s stunning two-bedroom apartment at Rosa’s Guesthouse in Carriacou, Grenada is an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality—not just from our wonderful hosts but also from their pretty inquisitive pup, Coco. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with every detail carefully thought out to create a comfortable and stylish retreat. The open layout, cozy decor, and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. But the best part? You’re literally just steps away from the most beach, where the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze make every moment magical. Beverly and Gary are incredibly knowledgeable about the island and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They provided fantastic recommendations for local dining. This location is on the northern part of the island and about a 15mins drive from the town. So it would be best to rent a vehicle to travel back and forth to town and the main beach.

Beverly and her husband have a beautiful place along the ocean near everything you could need, and if you can’t find it they will for you!!! The place is very secure and clean and I will come back....I highly recommend this place!!😊

Marius was very accommodating and let us book in long minute. The place was advertised and everything was perfect!!

My wife and I stayed here 2 nights and loved how close our room was to the ocean. We enjoyed hearing the sound of the waves! The location was also very convenient for walking around town or finding the bus stop. Beverley and Gary were great hosts, promptly answering our questions and offering suggestions. They were easy to get in touch with. Carriacou is a beautiful island and we hope to return again some day! We'd choose to stay here once again.
