Just 100 meters away from both the train station and Metro station getting to Sydney Opera House, City, and Olympic Park for concerts is quick and convenient. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find Colse and IGA supermarket,Asian supermarket,fine dining restaurants, parks, libraries, and Gyms,hospital. Adjacent to the lobby, there's a fantastic café where you can enjoy delicious meals anytime. The scenery outside changes with every time frame. Sometimes, the clouds are thick, resembling large cotton candies; other times, they are scattered, making it feel like living in the clouds. Even on rainy days, it's still very picturesque. Coupled with Hermès blankets and tableware, any photo taken looks beautiful, almost as if they've been Photoshopped, all with an Ins-vibe. As it's primarily for my parents' vacation stay. Therefore, it’s not available all the time and all furniture is custom-made for safety and comfort, ensuring you'll feel right at home during your stay. This independent penthouse 1-bedroom offers excellent privacy and tranquility, making it safe to leave the curtains open at night. You won't find the city lights too bright to sleep, but instead, you'll enjoy the charming urban scenery, reminiscent of scenes from a TV drama. Stream piano music via Bluetooth, light up some aromatic candles, pour yourself a glass of wine, and unwind while admiring the endless city lights and starry night sky. My apartment is the entire floor of a corner building in the heart of Surry Hills referred to as the French Quarter, it has 4 mt high ceilings and windows on all sides giving it a light airy feel. The open plan living space has a new architectually designed kitchen, dining, lounge and office space of gracious proportions with a Juliet balcony that overlooks a delicious community garden. The bedroom is spacious and opens onto a private roof terrace garden. The bathroom is generous and has a luxuriously deep bath. There is a separate fully equipped laundry. My apartment is decorated with an eclectic mix of designer furnishings and collected treasures to create a tranquil, luxurious sanctuary. The famous Bourke St bakery and Bill's Cafe are in the immediate vicinity as are Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina gelato and the delicious Crown St Organic Cafe. It is a short walk to Oxford St , the city ,Paddington ,Centennial Park and Central Station. You won't find a better location in Surry Hills.
