Absolutely beautiful studio that overlooks a valley filled with Kangaroos, Rabbits and plenty of birds. Driving into this property i was blown away by how gorgeous this place is in person. The studio gets plenty of sun, and is less than a 5 min walk away from Audrey Wilkinson. The location of the property is perfect, as it felt very private yet was so close to everything that Pokolbin had to offer! Sally was very responsive, making our check in & stay feel seamless. She also recommended some local eateries, and was very kind and welcoming. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the whole experience was a 10/10 and i’m looking forward to coming here again. A beautiful house in a fantastic spot near Birubi beach and the Tomaree Coastal walk. The layout is great and the house is very stylish. The spa was awesome. Seem small at first but really deep and heats up within 2.5 hours. Plenty of space in the house for a family of 5. Walkable to Birubi beach (10 mins) which is patrolled with a cafe and is great for boogie boarding. Join the coastal walk only 1 min walk away, bring hiking boots as can be a bit muddy/rocky.

beautiful place. my travel group gasped out loud at first peep through the doors. ample space for all of us without getting into each other's way. place is exactly like the photos. hot water and heater worked excellent in the cold weather. really nothing to complain about. would love to stay again. Ziona was a wonderful and friendly host. thanks for having us!

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

Villa Nessa was an amazing stay! Vanessa was friendly and attentive, being quick to reply to all questions, queries, and issues we had during our stay. The house itself was beautifully appointed, well equipped, and spotless upon arrival, with the location being very peaceful and serene. There was plenty to do at the bnb with the pool and hot tub being especially big hits. Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely family getaway at this beautiful home. The space itself is spacious, well-designed, and perfect for spending quality time together—especially with the pool and outdoor area, which have so much potential for relaxing and making memories. Although we encountered a few hiccups during our stay, the host was incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing them, which we really appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. With a bit more attention to detail, this property could be a standout holiday home. This place was amazing. So clean and such a great location. I can’t fault the host she was so accommodating of my whole family including my small cavoodle who she made feel so at home. I would definately recommend this host and place and would stay there again if available.

Easily one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. You can tell Adrian & Fiona really care about the guest experience, everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the amenities to the cozy touches around the space. We absolutely loved our fabulous stay at the Cosy Urban Retreat! The home is beautiful and has everything you can imagine and more. Dealing with Louise was a delight. This beautiful home is in a great location, very cosy, stunning decor, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, very comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning/heating and the relaxing tranquil outdoor area is perfect. An absolutely beautiful property, stylish and squeaky clean. Each bed and pillow was pure luxury and we had the best sleep! Location was great, just minutes from the beach and from restaurants too- we toured Newcastle and several beaches by foot. Danielle really thought of every detail from phone charges to toothbrushes - things that we always forget. Thank you Danielle for this memorable stay.

Lovely homey stay over long weekend. Beautiful natural light filtering through glass doors. Gorgeous high ceilings which made it feel so spacious. Original house features complimented with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Air conditioning made it comfortably warm. Electric blankets on all beds allowed for extra comfort and a good nights sleep. Definitely recommend to stay.

house was very tidy, great linen and well stocked. only thing was that our work truck couldn't fit down the narrow driveway as it is a battleaxe block.

Fabulous location, walking distance to shops, cafes and the park. Off street parking was so convenient. Everything was clean, tidy and homely. Would highly recommend.

Wow! I have a lot to say about this bnb experience.. First and most importantly, Sarah is such a wonderful host - she allowed us to have an extremely flexible check-in and check-out. She went above and beyond and her hospitality was honestly spectacular. She was so flexible when we requested to stay longer and even gave us discounted rates. We were shocked at the incredible value her bnb was. It was like walking into a friend's home; such a well stocked kitchen, 10/10 beds, amazing bathroom and shower, beautifully decorated home and all the homely touches that make being away from home extra special. I cannot recommend Sarah's place enough. It exceeded our expectations and Sarah is honestly the perfect host.

A very nice town house. Feels like home as soon as you walk in. Well appointed with all the small touches. Upstairs gets a bit hot but can be managed with the aircon in one bedroom and pedestal fans in the others. Would stay again.

Ramsey and Gillian were very responsive throughout the whole booking process and stay. Even though I don’t have a big portfolio of reviews, they were still very friendly and gave myself the time of day while enquiring. The check-in process was a piece of cake, the place clean, the activities endless. If you’re looking for a place to get some close friends together for a weekend, I would look no further than here.
