I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy place for four days, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. Comfortable furnishings to the charming decor, added to the sense of peace and comfort. I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether I was enjoying a quiet morning coffee or curling up with a book in the evening, it was the perfect setting. The host was also wonderful—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I had a great time. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene, cozy getaway. It was the perfect little retreat!

Austin was very responsive. His place is nice and well furnished. The location can’t be beat in Carrollton. Walk to all downtown restaurants and shops. Would recommend and stay again.

Hands Down the Best Airbnb Experience I've Ever Had! This was truly the best place I've ever stayed. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and kind. The property itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed — but what really made it special was the thoughtful service. When I arrived, they had left two bottles of water and some chocolates as a thank-you for my military service. That small gesture meant so much and really set the tone for the rest of the stay. Everything about this experience exceeded expectations — the location, the cleanliness, the comfort, and especially the hospitality. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels like more than just a stay, book this one. You won’t regret it.

The place was great except for the bathroom. The floor in the shower felt like it had some water issues beneath the tub. There is a reason there are minimal photos of the bathroom. I was recommend a refresh of the bathroom.

I stay here while traveling for work, had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, The place was clean, cozy, and quiet had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This place is like a little diamond in the rough! The location was perfect for our event that was being held at McIntosh Reserve. It was easy it was to find, check in, settle in & just enjoy the peacefulness of the property. It took us less than 5 minutes to get to the big fields in the park & it was a great place to come back and get a good Night's rest. Especially when heavy storm came in!! The washer & dryer was great & I was able to pack all clean clothes to go home. There was coffee, all the things we needed in the kitchen, soap/shampoo in the bathroom, plenty of towels. WiFi was super fast & we were able to watch some shows at night on the streaming channels. I can't say how perfect this little apartment was for me & my daughter. It is a smaller type space so it isn't for a large group or multi family, but perfect for a husband & wife or like me & my daughter. But, the best part of the whole experience for us was Oskar, the yellow lab! We just loved him.
