This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Close enough to spend the day enjoying all the local activities, but just outside all the hustle to have a quiet relaxing fire in the woods. Cranmore Mountain Resort and Saco river is 2 miles down the road for all your skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, tubing and adventures! The Pine Grove Cabin is a dreamy cabin nestled right outside the White Mountains, just 10 minutes from North Conway. We make it our goal to provide all the basic amenities in order to make your stay as care-free as possible. Our property comes with a lake access pass to Crystal Lake public beach. Our place is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, couples, chefs, and families. Our two floor home, with over 1600 sq. ft of living space, has two living room spaces providing private spaces for children and adults. We are owner-operated.

Cozy 1BR guest suite in our historic 1791 cape house in the quiet village of Chocorua. Has private entrance and free on site parking. Centrally located to Tamworth, North Conway, Ossipee, Center Harbor, and Madison (all within a 30 minute drive). Plenty of shopping and skiing, as well as quick access to the lakes and hiking trails. Less than 5 minutes from both the Preserve at Chocorua and Public House on Page Hill. We do have a dog and 2 cats on the premises.

A quick 5 minute walk to "downtown", Remick Farm and museum, Barnstormers summer theatre and The Other Bakery. Tamworth is home to many local hiking trails from easy walks to over 4000 foot summits. Great place in the winter with miles of free , groomed cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails as well.

The property is located half in Sanbornville NH and half in Acton Maine. There is so much to do on the property and throughout the Lakes Region. Our Log Cabin is completely off grid, which runs fully off solar and Wi-Fi.
