French windows lead to a spacious, private patio which overlooks stunning views of Lough Foyle and the historic Roe Valley. Derry City is a short 20 minute drive away and the bustling market town of Limavady, only a few miles away. This quiet, rural setting is everything you need for a break away. In a short drive you can also reach parks, golf courses and beautiful beaches as well as many of N Ireland's most popular tourist attractions. Conveniently located within a 10 minute drive from City of Derry airport, 1 hour drive from Belfast International Airport and just over 3 hours from Dublin Airport. House redecorated in June 2019.

Ardinarive Lodge

Ardinarive Lodge is a beautiful self catering house sitting on a hillside in the heart of the countryside, overlooking the Sperrin mountains. It is the perfect location for touring the North Coast, Londonderry/ Derry and Donegal. Benone beach is only 16 miles away and there are lots of local country/ forest parks to explore. The quaint town of Limavady is 6 miles away, and the lodge is easily accessible to Drenagh estate and the Roe Park hotel, perfect for guests attending weddings.

The first thing that any visitors say is ‘that’s someview’, hence we named it SomeView. Up to four guests plus a baby can relax in a beautiful scenic area. Standing 600 feet above sea level with approximately 20 Donegal mountains in view. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre. It’s also only a short distance to some of Walkni’s recommended short walks - Ness Park, Beechill Woodland, Muff Glen to name a few.
