With everything close by: the charming "Miroir des Oiseaux", waterfront restaurants, ice cream parlor, shops, entertainment, "joutes provencal", library, national theater... Fully furnished with quality equipment for your well-being, one bedroom mezzanine, large balcony with hammock, king size bed and convertible sofa.

Nice studio located 90 meters from a cove with sea access on foot. It is totally independent with its garden and terrace. You have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. Parking space attached to the studio. The accommodation is in a private and secure residence, very quiet, 1 km from Carry city center. Possible access to two sandy beaches (200 m and 1 km). Carry le Rouet is 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and Marseille and 20 minutes from Aix TGV and the airport.
