Santiago was always very responsive, the check in was very easy the lobby people was very kind and helpful the building is very clean the piscina beautiful and front beach spectacular, the apartment was very clean and beautiful just like the pictures showed, I will come back greatly recommend it.

What a great stay! Everything is literally a walking distance to a even more great time! Recommendations from the host were absolutely on point! I know where to stay when I return.

I 100% recommend Maria's apartment.. it is very nice.. it has all the comforts.. the spectacular sea view we enjoyed it.. Everything worked perfectly.. the apartment was very clean and tidy.. there was a hair dryer.. all.. the balcony overlooking the sea excellent.. Maria was attentive at all times to our requirements.. she is an excellent host

The cleanliness, the comfort of the facilities is incredible, perfect for going as a family a safe place I will return.

My second time here because I had a great experience here before and once again this place was great. Hosts were very prompt , helpful , and responded quick. Easy to communicate with . Gave great local resturant recommendations and advice for Cartagena. Place was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view . Building has 24 hour security and don't allow outsiders in. Building has nice pool and gym . Had a wash machine and dryer in the condo which was a plus. The location was perfect . About 10 minute cab ride to Centro and 20 minutes to airport , and 10 minutes to boat excursions for the islands. or tours. Grocery stores , stores , and local restaurants are within walking distance in the Bocagrande neighborhood. Next time I visit this will be my first choice .

The first thing I want to do is say thank you to Andrew and staff for being understanding, empathetic, welcoming, accommodating, flexible, and active host during my visit. Andrew helped me out greatly during a time of need and I would highly recommend everything to give him a visit. I will be returning to his place in the future. The apartment was comfortable and plenty of towels, and I’m big in towels. Haha. This place is one of the best places I have stayed at in Cartagena. Please check it out.

We were family plan 3 adults and my son, the stay was quite well, the apartment complied with everything promised and Sandra was a very kind host who explained everything very well when entering so much so that we did not have to communicate for anything in our time in the apartment. Excellent location and Serca of the tourist places

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. From the first moment we felt very comfortable; the place was impeccable, well equipped and charmingly decorated. What we enjoyed most was the pool and, without a doubt, the breathtaking view offered by the apartment, it's postcard! In addition, the price seemed excellent considering everything it includes. It really exceeded our expectations. I recommend this place 100%, we would definitely come back. Thank you for such a pleasant experience in Cartagena de Indias!

The hosts were extremely accommodating by helping me surprise my boyfriend with decorations for his birthday that he love. The place is just like the pictures and the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and supervised by security for added peace of mind. The location is central to all the main attractions. The host recommended several restaurants and very knowledgable. Dont hesitate and book this place now you wont be disappointed.

Excellent location, central and accessible to all key areas in Ctg. Apt is modern with plenty of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Directly across from one of the most relaxed beach areas. I will definitely be coming here to stay again.

Waking up to that gorgeous water view and enjoying a glass of wine at night while looking out at the ocean made this trip unforgettable. That view is honestly the reason I chose this apartment, and it did not disappoint. The bedroom was comfortable, and the neighborhood, although very touristy, felt safe and lively. There are plenty of restaurants and even a barbershop nearby. I also visited the massage parlor right next door a couple of times—great service and affordable, around $40–$50 for a full body massage. The beach is within walking distance, and the area is very walkable. Security was also great, and I really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful you were throughout the stay. This place was AWESOME!!! Our house keeper was amazing!!! The property was spectacular. The sun rise was worth the trip alone. We will be returning to this same location. Thank you for the hospitality. Can’t wait to come back next year
