Holiday rentals with a patio in Cartagena

If you’re going to Cartagena, Ruben’s listing is the place to be! It was exactly as the pictures. Very safe, secure building with wonderful pool. Apartment overlooked the beach. Was amazing watching the sunsets. Very romantic spot. Ideal for couples. Everything was clean as well. Walkable to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Plus close to Old Town (few minute drive). This is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the location to the amenities! The pool was fantastic with incredible views. The space comfortable, clean and well decorated. The balcony view was also nice and a great way to have your morning coffee. Someone was always there to respond to any questions even very early morning! Do not hesitate if you want a great accommodation and being in walking distance to the walled town.

This was hands down the best Airbnb host I’ve ever stayed with — and I’ve stayed with many hosts across different countries! Incredibly accommodating, friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The apartment itself was luxurious, beautifully maintained, and located in a fantastic area. Every detail, from the comfort of the space to the thoughtful touches, made it feel like a true home away from home. I can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be returning next time I’m in town!

We came to visit Cartagena for a week and really enjoyed our stay at Nico's apartment in the walled city. The apartment complex itself is very peaceful and we really enjoyed cooling off in the pool in the afternoons after walking around in the heat all day. Everything we needed was within walking distance - restaurants, grocery stores (we liked the Olímpica), museums, and meet-up points for tours. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and salt/sugar/spices and Nico also supplied us with coffee, so we were able to make breakfasts and a few dinners at the apartment. We did not go to the beaches close to the apartment, but that might have been the one destination where we would have needed an Uber or taxi. Nico was a wonderful host and was extremely attentive and responsive with answering all of our questions and offering recommendations for the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely stunning stay! The view was nothing short of breathtaking- pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to that scenery every morning was amazing. Everything about the place was perfect: clean, comfortable and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. Truly one of the best Airbnbs experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing! I came with 3 friends and we all loved the house—spacious, clean, and full of charm. The location in Getsemani was perfect, close to great restaurants and nightlife. Each bedroom had AC and a private bathroom, which made it super comfortable for all of us. The rooftop views and pool were a major highlight, and we spent a lot of time enjoying both. What really made the stay special was the housekeeper who also cooked delicious meals for us. Having someone available 24/7 gave us peace of mind and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely come back!

This home was very beautiful and exactly what my group was looking for al centro histórico. I just had my wedding al centro this weekend and so we wanted a place to decompress at and this gave us exactly what we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the air conditioners worked perfectly in every room, there was plenty of room on the top balcony area and living room for everyone to hang out, the pool was absolutely pristine, and the list could go on. To top it off, the housekeeper, Edel, helped make us feel like we were at home. She is the sweetest lady and offered to help with everything. If you want breakfast or lunch cooked at home, she will take away all of the overhead from you so that you can continue to relax. Her cooking was AMAZING. From comida costeña típica to a traditional American breakfast, she knew what she was doing. I can’t say enough kind words about her. I highly recommend staying here.

This place is amazing, the host anna and the staff are great. Bebeann make sure our rooms are well clean and prepare breakfast for us every morning which was amazing. The location is perfect and it a virbrant community. We will be returning, thanks again for hosting us we love the place.

This was the perfect place for my short stay in Cartagena. It’s in a lowkey area that has walkable amenities like an ATM, grocery store, mall, a café, and the Castle in the background. The overall aesthetic of the unit matches my style to a T, and the interior amenities are amazing, including the pool and the rooftop balcony. The team was also very helpful, as the housekeeper and the security in the evening were a blessing to have while we were there. Overall, I would stay here again and again and would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay outside of the bustle of the walled city but still close enough to access everything.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, which made getting around super convenient. The security and maid service were excellent and really added to the overall comfort of our stay. I had read a few reviews mentioning potential noise due to the central location, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is very well insulated, and we had a peaceful, quiet night without any disturbances. They clearly put thought into making the space comfortable for guests. Highly recommend!

The condo is very nice. The view was wonderful and the hostess was very responsive. I had issues with air bnb app and hostess was open to helping me through what’s app. Both floors have balcony which was very nice to have -very spacious condo My group was 6 adults and plenty of room for all of us. The building has great service and they are connected to a local supermarket that delivers. Having washer and dryer was a plus as well.

Waking up to that gorgeous water view and enjoying a glass of wine at night while looking out at the ocean made this trip unforgettable. That view is honestly the reason I chose this apartment, and it did not disappoint. The bedroom was comfortable, and the neighborhood, although very touristy, felt safe and lively. There are plenty of restaurants and even a barbershop nearby. I also visited the massage parlor right next door a couple of times—great service and affordable, around $40–$50 for a full body massage. The beach is within walking distance, and the area is very walkable. Security was also great, and I really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful you were throughout the stay. Nuestra estadía en este apartamento fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy cómodos; el lugar estaba impecable, bien equipado y con una decoración encantadora. Lo que más disfrutamos fue la piscina y, sin duda, la vista impresionante que ofrece el apartamento, ¡es de postal! Además, el precio nos pareció excelente considerando todo lo que incluye. Loved our stay! Came to Cartagena with a few friends and 3 of us stayed at this lovely airbnb! We especially liked the open layout specifically the spacious living room and large double sink vanity outside bathroom. The building is also very secure and on a nice side street which allows the unit to be relatively quiet compared to other nearby streets; yet also in the center of all the activity! We loved the walk-up wine/cocktail bar across the street! We may have become their top customer for those 4 days! 10/10 recommend the sangria! W

Claudia’s listing was absolutely on point. It is obvious that she strives for excellence with her listing. The apartment was well located, located across the street from the beach. Grocery stores are very clean se and in walking distance approximately 2 blocks. Claudia consistently checked on me to make sure my stay was pleasurable and made it clear that she was always available. She is not a host that sets her listing on auto pilot and never check on her guest. She is much more hands on. You will not go wrong with this listing.
