It features two exterior bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the river on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a dining area and a half bath, which opens onto the patio and the porch. Great attention has been paid to lighting and comfort.
