Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Carteret County

We had a great stay. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was a nice way to start each day. The view of the waterway was special and can be enjoyed from several spots in the house and from the back porch. The private dock was a highlight—great for relaxing by the water or casting a line. Entry to the home was simple and convenient. Inside, the house is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Also included were starter toiletries and a hair dryer. And the large washer and dryer would be a huge plus for a large group. Should you need to adjust the temperature on a wall AC, the remote is in the living room along with the TV remotes. We only needed to bump one AC down by a degree since the ceiling fans kept the house so comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for space, convenience, and scenic view!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place had everything we needed and more! Host was very responsive, helpful and very accommodating. Great place to relax and many places to explore nearby. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!!

being from the outer Banks area and coming back to visit we couldn't have found a better place,it offered things I didn't know were available there...the host were great and responsive and understanding and the house was everything that was described, the feeling of home is the only way to describe the stay, the overwhelming feeling of peace is an understatement,definitely going back in the near future,highly recommend Brittany and Kelly to anyone who sees this add 🙏🙏

The LightHouse was an amazing experience for my family. We over-packed to make sure we had everything, but Janet and the LightHouse crew made sure we had everything we needed and more. Jeff was very responsive to our last minute vacation. Very helpful in navigating our fishing needs. The location was perfect on the water to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The house is spacious with all we needed and offered a carport for our boat. Thanks for a restful time at Grey Goose!

Our family had an incredible vacation while staying at the Alex Moore house. We really enjoyed the pool while using the outdoor grill to cook. Loved cooking in the beautiful chef’s kitchen and eating in a gorgeous dining room where we played games after dinner. Thank you Mike for making it a special family vacation.

We really enjoyed Lee's Broad St house ...we used the two wonderful bikes every day to get around town! There was some utility road work on going in the neighbourhood that disrupted traffic and resulted in a bit of dust . We were not affected in the least and highly recommend this gem. Bill - Jane

If you’re visiting Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach.. Dodie’s place is a must! The dock view was amazing & serene. Cottage is nestled in quiet area & super comfy. My pup loved running out back. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & will rebook when visiting EI & AB again !

Beautiful condo unit as compared to others we have stayed at in the same building. Beautiful setting on the sound with view of the ocean which is very close. Pool is beautiful as well. Baths for each bedroom which is great. Beds were great!!

Absolutely loved staying here! It was an end unit as described and the beach veiw from the balcony was breathtaking. Easy beach access, kid friendly unit, very clean and comfortable. It felt like home on arrival, we were able to unpack easily and still enjoy the rest of the day in the area. Stacy was very quick to answer when we had an issue and resolved it within the hour. Would recommend staying here, especially if you have kids.

Our stay has been great! We needed to be close by base for the SunDown Event on Cherry Point. We absolutely loved the cleanliness and the space it provided for us. Brian was very responsive when it came to our arrival and understanding of our long travel from Florida. Look forward to booking there again soon!

We loved watching a doe and a fawn each morning. The view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was clean. Loved that Celeste met us at our arrival. The covered parking garage was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

My stay at the Whitehust House was delightful. My host Pollie is amazing and incredibly helpful making sure my time spent here was wonderful. This is a first time staying in downtown New Bern and I love the fact I could walk everywhere. It was such a treat. Perfect location and terrific host makes it a place I plan to return.

I would definitely recommend this provider. The facilities were phenomenal, well worth the price, comfortable, beautifully decorated and provided for. John was extremely easy to work with and very personable. I cannot recommend these accommodations highly enough. if I come back to the area, I will definitely look John up again!
