As paredes grossas permitem uma frescura natural em dias de calor. Enquanto que nos dias mais frescos a salamandra aquece a casa dando-lhe um ambiente caloroso e de bem estar. A casa de banho tem duche, WC independente e lavatório. Toalhas e lençóis são colocados à disposição. Há estacionamento pago (excepto domingos e feriados) a 30 metros de casa.
