Joshua's place was the PERFECT place for our dad's 70th birthday! The 9 kids had an amazing time between the pool and game barn there was constant entertainment for all ages! If you have a big family/group this is the spot!

This place was INCREDIBLE!! Marla and her family were so responsive and so welcoming!! This house was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The furniture was so comfortable and cozy. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here! I hope to come back in the near future!! Thank you Marla and family for being such amazing hosts!!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!

Absolutely incredible stay. The host was very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the lake is stunning. The basement was so so fun- darts, ping pong, billiards, and more games. We miss the house already!

This beautiful home right by the water was perfect for a family retreat. The neighborhood was safe as can be, the house was in pristine shape, and we felt right at home. Paul was an amazing host. As a group of 6-8 we had our fare share of plan changing. When we asked paul to see if changes could be made, he was happy to oblige. Paul gave great instructions on check in and check out, wifi was easy to access, and everything was just as described. We had an amazing time. Would book again.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the water and local restaurants. Check-in was super easy, and the place itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the helpful communication our hosts provided. The house was comfy and clean, and an easy walk to downtown Plymouth sites and restaurants. They even had an iron and board sent for us. Great service!

Aruna's cottage was even more beautiful, both inside and out, than the photos. The interior was gorgeous, light filled and many decorative touches that made it feel like a 5-star hotel. The furniture was comfortable and there were many lamps which made reading in the evenings very easy. The art TV picture was very nice when the TV wasn't on rather than looking at a big, black screen. We used the dining table with statement chandelier for all our meals. There were all the kitchen pots, pans and utensils we needed. The refrigerator ice maker and water features were appreciated. Both showers were outstanding in function and beauty. Everything was spotless. The patio was so comfortable with a huge umbrella to shade us while we enjoyed the lake view which was ever changing. A highlight was when a huge turtle came out of the lake and walked across the yard. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is just off the property and is screened by a beautiful, tall white fence and evergreens.

We go to Plymouth a lot and are so glad we found this house. Perfect location! Short walk to all of our favorite places. House is wonderful and host was GREAT to work with!!

The house is very comfortable and updated tastefully. The location is perfect for beach access and just a short jump to Plymouth. A grocery store is only a couple minutes away by car. Diane and Jayce were fantastic hosts and put a lot of time and effort into making our stay perfect!

Andre's place was a great experience and getaway for my family. Plenty of space, easy access to the Cape areas and Boston, and super relaxing!

The sunrises and view of the water were great. Place itself was clean and comfortable. Christy is a wonderful and responsive host.

Melissa is the ultimate host! The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen has every possible accessory that you might want for cooking. The living room is large and full of light. We absolutely love the front porch and back outdoor patio. Melissa is also incredibly generous with snacks and drinks in the refrigerator, and health and beauty needs in the adorable vintage bathroom! This destination has become an annual meeting spot for family and friends with a special connect to Plymouth. Thank you Melissa for this home away from home!! And for those who like to walk this location is right around the corner from a paved bike path that offers several really lovely views of the bay!

We just wrapped up our second stay at "Beach Break" and again, from the moment we arrived, we were in total heaven. The entire property is squeaky clean and the location is superb – just a short stroll to the beach. Stefanie and Dave have created a total gem. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail. The space is incredibly beautiful, so much so that folks walking by stopped to comment on the well-cared-for exterior. We'll absolutely book again. This is truly a rare find.

Amazing home. Fantastic location. Peaceful and relaxing. One of our favorite vacation stays ever. Never turned the tv on… unusual for me. Hosts really thought of everything and more. Highly recommend if you are visiting Cape COD. 5+ stars.

Great design choices and amenities. Barry was extremely accommodating. We traveled with a little dog and a young baby and found the place to be very suited for both.

This is a lovely place to stay! Every detail is carefully chosen and the house is completely equipped. We felt right at home.

Beautiful location! We had a wonderful stay - it felt like home the minute we stepped inside. The kitchen is remarkably well stocked, equipment wise. There are lots of large pots and serving dishes to prepare almost any seafood feast you could imagine, and the local seafood market was excellent! One note is that the house is a bit of an echo chamber, and the neighboring houses are quite close. We noticed with the windows open that you could clearly hear conversations in the house from out on the dock. A minor thing, but it did make us feel like we had to keep the windows closed most of the time so as to not bother the neighbors.

Enjoyed our stay in Lakeville! Not too far of a drive from Boston, but still a nice quiet place to stay.
