È una meta perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi immerso nel verde e godersi il lago e i suoi dintorni, ma allo stesso tempo ben collegata al centro di Roma tramite un servizio di treno metropolitano. L’agriturismo è composto da 8 appartamenti indipendenti di circa 70 mq, ognuno dotato di area esterna ad uso esclusivo e con accesso alle aree comuni

Moderno appartamento incastonato nella cornice di uno splendido palazzetto d'epoca degli inizi del'700 che si staglia imponente nella parte più tranquilla e riservata del borgo. L'incantevole ed esclusivo affaccio della sua terrazza a picco sul lago vi lascerà senza fiato. Loft composto da zona living, zona notte schermata da tende oscuranti, piccola cucina separata e bagno con doccia. Accessibile attraverso un cortiletto esterno che conferisce una posizione unica nel cuore del centro storico.

Appartamento unico situato al piano nobile di Palazzo Alibrandi (XVI sec), in una piazza tranquilla adiacente a Campo dei Fiori. Passata la bellissima corte interna e la scala ancora parzialmente affrescata si raggiunge un ballatoio, ornato da una prestigiosa vetrata Art Deco, dal quale si accede direttamente all'appartamento. CasaCucù

Casa Cucù is part of a cosy housing estate in a calm, authentic Italian residential area. It’s only 10 minutes away (600mtr), on foot, from the lake and the historical centre of Anguillara Sabazia. There is everything to make your stay possible: cutlery, kitchenware, sheets and towels; soap and detersives; oil, salt and pepper, and sugar. The apartment has two homely and cosy rooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen and a garden shared by the main house. Children under the age of 12 don’t pay.

Posizionato nella parte bassa del borgo storico, Il Loft del Lago è situato a 50mt dalla Piazza del Molo e 20mt dalla Piazza del Lavatoio, a pochi metri da ristoranti e locali, vicinissimo alla spiaggia del lungolago.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
