The house is located in a garden with fruit trees (the fruit can of course be picked by the guest, eaten or used to make jams). It is just outside the village and 100 meters from the bar and supermarket. The village is 8 kilometers from Lake Trasimeno, which can be easily reached by bicycle (two are available) and in a strategic position to reach the most important villages of both Umbria and Tuscany. Guides to all locations are available in the accommodation.

We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Daniela and Giuliano's place is really a gem! The room is compact, with a small bathroom and kitchen, but perfect for two people. The view from the room is truly beautiful. Outside, you can sit in the sun or shade, with the same view over the Tuscan hills. The swimming pool is wonderfully quiet and offers a nice place to relax. Daniela and Giuliano are fantastic hosts. They are happy to help you with everything and run their own small vineyard. The wine tasting with them is an absolute must! And the sweet kittens were the icing on the cake!
