Old Cascais Central Charming Attic

The apartment is in a 100-year-old building in old Cascais. The apartment consists of a converted attic, with wooden floors and ceilings. It has a living room full of light, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom with a small bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a sea view in the distance. Despite being close to downtown Cascais (with restaurants, bars and a supermarket in the area), this apartment is extremely quiet. Beach, golf, tennis, horses, sailing, diving, mountain tours, sea tours, casino, museums, live music, castles, palaces, a cultural center, are many of the activities you can enjoy in this area. I'm sure you'll have a nice stay. As for public transportation, the train to Lisbon and the bus to Sintra are just 500 meters from the apartment. The Central Charming Attic is a very cozy space for connoisseurs where you will feel good.

House with Magnificent Sea View and Heated Pool

The house is located 700 meters from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has a large balcony overlooking the valley in front and with a view of the sea. On the lower floor is the living room with 40 m2 with fireplace, a bedroom with bathroom and a kitchen. On the top floor is a suite bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 beds and a third bedroom with a single bed and another bed underneath the first. The last two bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The garden is fenced in. The house has a shelter for a car and there are always free parking spots on the street. My place is good for families (with kids). Alternatively, there is a key lockbox The house is located on a green and quiet hill, in one of the most elegant areas of Estoril, a 10-minute walk from the beach.

The apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, close to the train station and the beach. Here it's like 1960. Extremely safe. It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas.
