Excellent welcome, the host made herself available to all our expectations by messages. Impeccable, functional (there is Netflix), spacious accommodation. I 1000% recommend this accommodation ☺️

Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

Beautiful little town. It felt like an experience of living in a medieval village - but with wifi. We enjoyed wine on the patio with views of the countryside. We were surprised by mosquitoes in October, but that speaks to their warmer weather and recent rain events. We had a nice time at the farmers market and were happy to be able to prepare the fresh mushrooms at =home in the well equipped kitchen.

Although short, we had a great time at Francesca's place. The accommodation is clean and everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. We feel that Francesca loves to receive and does everything to make us feel well. The little touches are not lacking: we even had small chocolates because it was the WE of Easter. Kids loved it. Francesca is very responsive. The accommodation is very well located, close to Pisa and the sea, and allows you to shine among the most beautiful villages in Tuscany. Everything was perfect and thank you again for hosting us!

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.

We had such a lovely week at Martina's beautiful home. The setting is stunning. Despite very bad luck with weather and rain most days, we had lovely visits to Pisa, Lucca, Florence (by train), Montecatini Terme, Livorno and the beautiful coast at Marina di Pisa on the one sunny day! Martina is a kind and generous host and the delicious homemade tart on arrival was much appreciated and enjoyed! We enjoyed two different local pizzerias and the Co-op in Calci is a very handy supermarket. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment. Light, Clean and airy. Everything you need. Great lighting. 2 Huge TVs. 2 terraces, so the best of the sun all day. Superb walk-in wardrobe. Just loved everything about it. Beautifully appointed. Great place.

What an incredible experience staying in this historic villa. I cannot believe the price we paid for what we experienced. Upon entry, I felt like I was walking into a museum or castle. Frescos on the ceiling in the common entry way that leads to the secret garden courtyard. The place is so incredibly inviting, like you are visiting Nona’s house for supper. Considering the age of the building, everything inside functions well. It was truly a memorable time for our family, and we are so glad we had the chance to experience this little town staying in this place. Simone and Rita were beautiful people with kind hearts. They even sent a masseuse to have a private massage in the villa. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to truly unplug from the busy day to day or finish a book, or just relax in the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful one of a kind Airbnb in the heart of Prato. I highly recommend you rent this place, you can easily get to Florence in 25 mins by train, and discover the hidden gem that Prato is.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at Francesco‘s. The view from the garden was incredible and at night we were lucky enough to see lots of fireflies which was just magical. Francesco was a great host and made us feel right at home. The apartment really is a little gem in the hills of Monte Pisano and we would love to come back for another stay.

Stefano and his wife are polite, friendly, always present and ready to help but with discretion. The house is very clean and cozy, full of all the amenities that make you feel at home. There is a small garden where I could have breakfast and it was a beautiful stay that I would gladly do again. Beautiful experience

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Superlative Stay! Gianluca's attention to detail and mission-driven service as a host is on-point. A delightful pied-a-terre with fantastic views set hillside in Lerici, it's hard to imagine as you sit on the terrace watching the sunset while sipping on a local vintage why you haven't booked this place for even longer than the three weeks you already have. We stayed here for 10 days with 4 people and we had a fantastic time here. It was like we ended up in a movie. With all our questions, we were able to contact the reception and were well helped. If possible, definitely join the wine tour on Friday, which was very fun and educational. We really recommend Poggio al Casone even if you have to make a stop in between.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains on Cima alla Serra. We sat every night on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy about our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thank you for a couple of nice days :)

Just go ahead and book! You won’t regret it! We had a great time! Susie and Paolo were so lovely! Our daughter loved petting Luglio. The location is great. You can spend the whole time there secluded and surrounded by the forrest and enjoying the fresh pool or also do day trips. We even went the beach. The flat is just like the pictures! Definitely a recommendation! An authentic AirBnB-Experience! :)

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. We've just returned from a week at Casa Claudio. It was perfect in every way. We had plenty of down time enjoying the garden and pool, with easy access to Pisa Centrale to visit Sienna,Florence, Lucca,Pisa and all the amazing cities. San Giuliano Terme has its own train station 30 mins walk from Casa Claudio, really easy to navigate using the train app. we found it comfortable to walk or cycle into town for shopping, train station or Pizzeria. Really no need to have a car. The accommodation we found amazing, so clean and modern. Rooms were vast and we loved the front porch, sitting each evening and morning listening to bird song while eating al fresco, so relaxing. The pool and sunloungers were fabulous, pool perfect temperature and so spotlessly, cleaned daily. we were left to enjoy all the amenities peacefully, yet our questions and enquiries were replied to within the hour. we felt well cared for, Claudio and Irene's hosting is perfect, even a lift to the airport on going home.
