The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

We had a great stay and felt directly welcomed by the whole family. The garden is amazing and ensures privacy and 100% relaxation. The house dogs and cats are super cute and available if you like pets, if you don’t, they will let you in peace. We definitely will come back.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Our family had a great time, the house is lovely, has everything one might need. Enrico and Leonardo were always replying within minutes and helped us whenever we needed. Very close to the airport and great location to visit Sienna, San Gimignano, Firenze, Bologna. Highly recommended, hope we can return in the future!

The place is nice and clean. It is located 15 minutes by train from Pisa and the train. The station is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. There are several restaurants and cafes, and about three grocery stores. We had clean linen, towels, it was nicely cleaned. The only downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes and we woke up in the morning with bites. There could be window nets. Otherwise, everything is great. Francesco helped us a lot with the transfer to Pisa airport, which is only 15 minutes by car, but taxis are extremely expensive here. Thank you very much for her helpfulness.
