Cottage holiday rentals in Casco Bay

The most beautiful place, exceeding all expectations. The views are spectacular. We breathed in peace and tranquility. A fabulous place to celebrate my 80th birthday with the whole family -- 16 of us. Everyone was comfortable in the space. In addition to being the perfect host, Samantha provided surprise extras which was such fun! Just a few of the highlights: S'mores at the firepit, lobster dinners, seals, bald eagles and fireworks. She made our stay truly memorable. My family gives the place the highest recommendation.

My family and I loved staying at the Seaholly cottage. The beds were extremely comfortable and the cottage was decorated beautifully. Lexi was very considerate when stocking the bathroom with every toiletry you could possibly need. The cottage is in the perfect location and very close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend staying at the Seaholly Cottage! You won't be disappointed! My family and I can't wait to book with Lexi again. We had a great vacation!

A great spot tucked away!! House was cute and as shown in the pictures, is right on the water and has some great views! It rained the majority of the time we were there so didn’t get to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities, but would have if better weather! Host was very friendly, communicative and responsive!

I truly can’t say enough positives about Stephanie’s place! First, the cottage looks even better in person. Second, the little details make all the difference from the quick response time, welcome card and lobster bag, a very informative welcome binder, and a fully stocked home which when added together, felt like OUR home! Some who is walker bound, found the property to have comfort height counters and toilet in the bathroom, two anti slip step stools to get into the bed if you’re short like myself, and remotes for everything (including instructions to use everything in the binder). If you think you need it, Stephanie supplied it from board games, lobster pot, cocktail kit, to a crockpot and a Bose speaker in the kitchen. There was a rainy day so afternoon vacay naps listening to music was a vacation-like you can get! Only suggestion would be there are closets in the bedroom but they have shelves. There are no places for hanged clothing. Bring some hangers, use hooks on bathroom door!

Great clean air bnb. Accurately as described.. looks good in photos but even better in-person. Bed was comfortable. Would rent their properties again.

Perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway. So peaceful and a lot of interesting wildlife. We saw so many different types of birds! The hot tub is spacious and easy to use.

Our second stay with Carla, love the location, unit is well stocked and very clean. Carla is very responsive and makes the process easy. We have every intention of booking with Carla again for next summers annual trip to Maine.

1000 characters would not be enough to say all that I would want to say about our stay. Karl and Randy’s cottage is clean, comfortable, beautiful, cozy, private, surrounded by beaches and restaurants and shops all within 20 minutes!! We took two kids (ages almost 3 and almost 5) and it was an extremely kid friendly location all around. We enjoyed the heated pool, the golf cart, the private dead end road, the tennis courts, and all the attractions around. Karl was an exceptional host. So informative, kind, organized, you can tell he knows how to host very well! We last minute asked to extend our stay by a day and Karl was able to approve my request! We hope to be back!!!!!

Beatiful cabin on the water, thoughtfully decorated. I loved the layout, plenty of seating areas and lovely decor. There is only one small bathroom which may be an issue with more than 2 or 3 guests, but worked out perfectly for us. We saw deer twice when driving down the trail to the house which was exciting! Loved using the firepit outside. The only bummer was that the dock wasn’t in the water yet. I still managed to use the kayak but would not advise attempting without the dock lol. Wonderful host, David was very responsive and had a nice bottle of wine waiting for us on our arrival. Would 100% come back

Beautiful setting and peaceful. Great place to rest and relax. Easy access to town and restaurants. Will definitely return!

Popham beach stay was great! We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and long walks twice a day. The house itself is very roomy with lots of space for everyone. Good heating and comfortable furniture. The tapwater is very rusty so be prepared but drinking water is provided. The floors are unfinished wood so you’ll need shoes to avoid splinters but overall, it’s a very comfortable place in a great location!

We really enjoyed Elizabeth's house. It was beautiful and peaceful. The dock and beach were great. Communication was awesome! would loved to stay stay again.

Barbara place is awesome for a couple plus I child nice quiet area very clean and it private. Barbara is a great host you will love this spot it feels like home we will be back

Super cute cottage! I really enjoyed a few peaceful days there on my own, it was exactly what I was looking for. It's very charming and has everything you need. Like others have mentioned, you can definitely hear the road noise so it doesn't feel totally secluded but that didn't detract from my stay. Emily was a great host, provided lots of helpful information, and very quick to respond.

Comfortable place and beautiful setting for a quick visit to Maine. Ann was very responsive and friendly throughout all correspondence. I would recommend this location to others looking for a quiet place that is also close to town.

This place has so much charm and makes you feel right at home. Cheryl baked cupcakes, put coffee, cream, milk, juice and Condiments as well as a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. I would highly recommend this cottage .

This is a clean, comfortable house and close to the rocky coastline of Haddock Cove on Peaks Island. It has a spacious kitchen and several outdoor decks. A Good house for children with games supplied. The staircase is a little steep and so if you are older, be sure that you are comfortable with stairs. Elizabeth is helpful and quick to respond ! Lots of coastline for walking, biking and swimming (brrrrr!). Really a nice spot to stay and close to the two history museums on the island: the 8th Regiment and the 5th Regiment.

Derek’s home is definitely worth a visit! The photos shown is exactly what you will be getting. In my opinion, it is even better in person. The neighborhood and lake was peaceful and quiet. Also, great fishing. Fast catches and decent sized bass. I will definitely be coming back. Derek is a phenomenal host and very understanding.

Carole was a pleasure to stay with. She was always responsive, and had a lot of great recommendations for what to do. Her place is absolutely beautiful, and staying at it was one of my favorite memories. I hope to come back some time!

We had a great time in Danika’s cottage! The space was perfect for a friends’ weekend, and we especially loved hanging out in the yard. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and even a few rummage sales! The home was clean, beautifully updated, and full of character and charm.

We had a great mini vacation at Marina's place. It was perfect for our family of four - we loved having direct access to the lake with a canoe, kayaks and a paddle board. The cabin has everything you need for a getaway and restaurants are only a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend!

Thanks for a wonderful stay at your beautiful cottage! We were very comfortable and enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the quiet peaceful surroundings. Also, thanks for helping us out by supplying your personal baking pan so we could bake our brownies! We wanted the full "Maine" experience and that's exactly what we got! The view from the cabin into the harbor looked just like a painting. The cabin itself was so cute and perfect for our family of four. The location was great. We took a couple day trips up to Camden and down to Boothbay Harbor. We didn't want to leave!

This place is heaven. The house itself is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need and more but not to the sense of clutter. The location is amazing and brings me back to when I lived in Maine and frequented the beach, the street, the neighborhood. The peace and quiet is priceless. The care given to the home is lovely. This is where you want to be and we wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back.
