Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Casco Bay

We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful and quiet time of rest at The Rising Tides. The setting is absolutely serene. It’s very secluded and quiet, the perfect place for a week of rest and relaxation. We went hiking on the Cliff Trail (15 minutes away and a very nice hiking trail), watched the sunrise at the Lands End store on Bailey island (15-20 minutes), and kayaked in the cove. The grill was very nice and we enjoyed cooking on it regularly. The place was very clean and ready on our arrival. The host communicated very clearly. You will need to follow her driving directions as they are very clear and helpful. In our four days there we only saw 1 neighbor - and that was as we were leaving on the weekend. There’s a grocery store only 15 minutes away and we were able to stock up on our way there. Really, this was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. We really enjoyed having a few options of things to do while also being able to just do nothing on our vacation in a quiet place.

Everything was as described and more! With a wonderful location close to town, good privacy, and so much space inside with many commodities we wouldn’t even think of. Even our dog had a fun filled week with us. We hope to visit again, it’s just the perfect home away from home. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay.

Easy 5 stars! Phillip was kind, proactive and responsive. The space, while quaint and simple, was clean, had all the essentials and, it was perfect for a week visiting my grandparents/ working remote! Not to mention my dogs loved being a half mile from the Bath dog park. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a Maine mid-coast getaway!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We loved our time staying here, the house was beautiful and just as described/ seen in the pictures. Randy was a great host and always very responsive with some great local recommendations. Would definitely love to return!

We came to Portland to stay for the week, this Airbnb was perfect! Great location! Loved all the amenities! And the place itself was soo cute! We took full use of the hot tub! And also the grill, it was great and easy to use! The bedrooms and space for our dog was amazing! Our pup loved his stay too! (The neighbors dogs are very annoying and barked everytime we were out- but nothing the host has control over!!) The host was so responsive, when we got there I accidentally mistaken the heater for the AC! She got back to me in seconds on what’s what! Was never bothered, and check in and check out was seamless! Thank you for an amazing stay and hospitality for our first trip to Maine! 10/10 recommend! I would definitely come back!

Great location close to downtown Portland. Lots of walkable places close by for coffee and breakfast. A little farther to some unique restaurants. We Uber'd a lot which worked out great to avoid parking around Portland. We would definitely secure this nice place the next time we come to Portland!

The place was great! very cozy and comfortable with a great location to so many beautiful state parks in an adorable town. Awesome that it's so close to Portland even though it felt like a world away because of how adorable the town is. the hosts were great, Deborah was so Incredibly sweet and offered so many fantastic restaurant and food recommendations (we followed several of them!). They had so many things available for you just in case you forget something (even umbrellas and rain coats!) Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

We needed a place for my son’s externship. Setup for a long stay and feel like home. All the amenities made for an easy tradition to have everything provided and setup beyond expectations. Super quick and kind with any questions and concerns. Would highly recommend anyone to stay at this listing. A east walk to downtown and any site seeing.

141 Studio was perfect for a couple for a few days near downtown Portland. The studio is great. Dan has renovated it in great style. The kitchen was great for our purposes. The layout of the studio was great for our purposes. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful and made our 10 day total trip work well. I cannot say enough good things about the studio and Dan's preparation of it. The scale only goes to five, but it is a ten. Thank you Dan.

The apartment was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we’re ever back in Portland.

A perfect stay. The accommodation is superbly located and you can easily explore Portland on foot. There are many restaurants, etc. nearby, the selection is great. Sharon and Eric were perfect hosts and we felt completely comfortable. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. The private parking space is also a big plus. A lovely place to stay in Portland’s East End. Great location in a very quiet and walkable neighborhood. (I happily did not need a car during my visit.) The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a nice little patio too. And you’re just steps from the Eastern Promenade park, which is one of Portland’s best amenities imo and leads to a beach, waterfront trail, dock w/ kayak rentals, etc. Jennifer was a very kind host; thank you!

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We had a great stay at Tysons place. Its a perfect location, only like 5-10 minutes drive from Old Port. The home is clean and beautiful. Street parking was super easy. Always space right on the side of the home. Each room has its own A/C. Would definitely recommend staying at Tysons place!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

Great location (definitely check out Pedro’s across the street). The place was clean and well stocked with necessities. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good, curtains would have been nice due to the early sunrises.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
