We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The village of Gualdo Cattaneo is super friendly. Great bar and restaurant. It is a perfect place to start your adventures in this Umbrian valley. Spello, Spoleto, Todi, Trevi, Assisi, Perugia are all a stones through away. Best bit is you can actually park your car at Gualdo not far from your accommodation. The house is perfect, the balcony is superb, the bed downstairs (it has one upstairs near the balcony) is comfortable. I rate this place and the area 10/10.

Beautiful apartment, both inside and outside. House fresh even in summer, very clean and very quiet. Comfortable beds. Everything is new and comfortable. Exceptionally new and pleasant linen. Small but very comfortable kitchen. The host's availability was excellent. I can't complain about anything. I didn't understand what was under the iron grills in the courtyard and I was very pleased to discover that there are the ruins of an old house, also present inside the house under a thick sheet of glass. Beautiful renovation. Convenient location. Thank you for this wonderful weekend.

The experience was really nice. The property is immersed in nature, in a quiet but easily accessible area, ideal for those looking for relaxation and very central for those who want to explore this aspect of Umbria. The house is cozy, clean and tastefully furnished, with particular attention to detail. Emanuela, Michele and her mom were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with directions on what to visit nearby and immediately making us feel at home. Highly recommend.

The apartment was absolutely amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. Easy location from Perugia airport and only 20minutes from all the locations we needed to get to. Gigliola was very helpful and showed us around the apartment. The jacuzzi bath was easy to use and definitely a bonus for us. Would highly recommend and would come back if I was in Perugia again. 👍🏼 Would highly recommend
