"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini.
