Seafront 4 minutes' walk from the villa. Our cul-de-sac leads to the Espanet crossing which leads to the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, including 1 master suite with beautiful sea views. The 2nd bedroom has a sea view and the 3rd has a garden view. On the ground floor: veranda, kitchen-dining room, music room, book... 2 bathrooms. Garden with sea view and summer kitchen. Our vacation home is in a green setting. I am not on site but I can always be reached, and I can come if needed.

Villa ideally located near Cassis, La Ciotat, Marseille, Aix… In a large fenced wooded property you will have an F3 villa equipped for your comfort. Relax in this quiet country cottage overlooking the Garlaban. It has its own garden, two-seater jacuzzi and parking. 100 meters away: access to 2 tennis courts. I paid special attention to the renovation and decoration to make it a charming and peaceful place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.

Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

The completely new apartment, on the ground floor of our villa, is set on the sand, 10 meters from the first waves. Restaurants and the park are nearby. It's the perfect place for a relaxing or sporty vacation, with many opportunities for water activities and hiking or mountain biking.
