Hi Diogenes and Raquel! I'd like to thank you for your excellent stay. The apartment met all our expectations — clean, well decorated, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. Every detail was thought out with great care, which made all the difference in the experience. Privileged location. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping malls, hospitals and restaurants. The availability of a washer and dryer inside the apartment was an excellent differential for us. Modern TVs and refrigerator, fast internet, air-conditioning in both environments. Also, your attention, sympathy, and readiness to help with any questions made everything even better. It's rare to find such helpful hosts! Large apartment, renovated, clean, in good taste. Air-conditioning in all rooms, bathrooms in all rooms making the stay more comfortable for guests. Excellent

An excellent accommodation, next to the LÍDER supermarket and very well located with everything nearby. Very modern apartment, everything very well finished, with a large television, everything impeccable. A tip to make it even better would be to put an AIR CONDITIONING unit in the room, the heat of Belém and the humidity gets a little hot in this place even with the fan. Other than that, no defects. I'll be staying again soon.

Entire apartment on the 30th floor in Belém with an incredible view of the city and Combu Island. Mario was super agile and helpful, which made the stay much easier. Highly recommended!

Second time staying at Marcos' house! I'll be back whenever I can. There is only one caveat: both last time and this time, the building's doormen are very confused and we have to do the initial identification every time, even if you leave and enter several times on the same day and it is the same doorman and you have your information that had already been passed by the host. But with a little patience, everything works out. Other than that, everything was perfect!! I recommend it!

From the moment I made the booking, Mr. Maxwell and D. Carmem were very kind and helpful. Dona Carmen is a sweetheart, she called me the same day to thank me for choosing her and we talked a lot as if we were long-time friends, I felt very welcomed. The apartment is wonderful, super organized, fragrant, clean and has everything we need. The bed is super comfortable, the air conditioning is cold, the shower is good, everything works perfectly. I have been to Belém several times, but I have never found such a nice place and such attentive hosts as Mr. Maxwell and Dona Carmem, they are different. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'll definitely be back again! Thank you for everything!

Everything was amazing with our stay. The place was beautiful and very clean. It is a great neighborhood with lots to do and everything is walking distance, even the supermarket/mall. Would def stay here again if I return to this town.

Very good! Centralized, and corresponds to the photos. And I had no problem getting in touch with the hosts. I booked it for my parents and they loved it.

Communication with Rosangela was always very quick and cordial. The house is in a very quiet village of houses. Good location. The rooms are well-furnished, with sufficient bed and bath linens. I recommend Rosangela and would rent again if a new opportunity arises.

Seeking safety and tranquility? It's here in this place. Very good. Great stay. Very clean and cosy house. Exceptional pool and barbecue area. The host and his housekeeper provide good support for the stay. I highly recommend!!!

The flat is as in the photos, comfortable and well decorated. Very nice. Very well-equipped kitchen, with new appliances. It surprised me positively. The location has the advantage of having a large supermarket a few steps away. The street of the building is very narrow and simple.

I am in love with Belém. I loved the city and the food is wonderful. As for the apartment, I loved it and Ernesto gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out, I loved it. Quiet street, safe building and 24-hour concierge.

Fantastic stay. A 7 min walk to a very nice grocery market. Great restaurants nearby. The accommodation was spotless and looked exactly as pictured. Ruy was very responsive and helpful.
