Great! Just like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach at the back of the building is a warmth, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras super close, you can walk. Mr. Luiz was very helpful in all the times we need to make contact with him.

Aref's space is even better than it looks in the photos. You cross the street and you can already see the sea. The view from the rooms and the balcony is also excellent. The furniture is new and the apartment is fully equipped. I didn't miss anything at all. Aref is extremely attentive to responses, presenting clear and useful information. I hope to be able to return soon to stay in this wonderful space.

Such a wonderful experience!! Amazing and very available hosts… very attentive Bianca, sir. Valfrido and Mrs. Leia are always welcome the three of them are a well of education and kindness. The place is beautiful the house is very well located!! The structure of the house is impeccable, it was an amazing week with my whole family, children, teenagers, adults and the house served everyone, in addition to being very cozy and with a house face even had all the necessary apparatus to meet the demand of a super family in addition to being super clean for our arrival!! Large apartment, a few yards from chestnut beach. An exceptional site.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. Looking forward to returning! Thanks Mosie and Evaldo, again. We felt at home!

The location is a differential, close to the main beaches and main events. Great place, very clean and organized, Mr.Armin is very polite and always available to help. I recommend this stay to other Guests!!!

The property was in excellent condition, with a very clean and organized environment, providing comfort and well-being throughout the stay. The location is one of the main highlights, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for families, especially for those with children. The surrounding area is calm and offers various leisure and service options, ensuring practicality. The property space is well used, providing comfort and functionality for all members of the family.

Great apartment, very well equipped and clean. It even has a children's kit (dish, cutlery and plastic cup) in the kitchen which helped a lot with my little son. The building is located at the beginning of the beach where there is less movement on the beach, but close to the restaurants and bars. Because it is the seventh floor, the apartment is quiet and great to rest. The view is breathtaking. Arthur was very polite and flexible about our check-in when he said we would arrive early. Guarapari was surprised by the cleaning and renovation of the waterfront, no doubt we will come back more often.

I really liked the listing. We were allowed to enjoy a trip in a much more economical way. We could make our food at home and that helped us a lot. It's very well situated and Francisco is very attentive in the exchange of messages where I needed instructions about the location. I really like it

I recommend it to anyone with eyes closed, in new opportunities we are sure to return! *He made great recommendations, including indicated two girls who provide cleaning and kitchen service, it pays a lot! The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

The location is right in the center and easily accessible. The apartment is airy and a good size, consistent with the description. Super worth it! We thought we'll be back soon!
