The area where the house is located overlooks a beautiful coast, where the reef alternates with sand and rocky coves that allow you to enjoy walks on the waterfront, or by bicycle in the paths of the promontory.

Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious lounge with fireplace. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2022, including most of the furnishings. The property has a private entrance with an automatic gate and offers parking for up to five cars.

The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.
