Beautiful house, very well equipped, very clean and quiet. Nothing is missing. Small pool, very appreciable in hot weather. This one is heated. Very nice decoration. Ideally located to visit the Black Périgord. Very close to Beynac. Many sites within 20 minutes' drive. The Dordogne is very close (10 min walk) with the possibility of canoeing. Margot welcomed us with kindness. Very available while remaining discreet. We recommend this property.

If you are looking for a big beautiful house for a family holiday, look no further! This house is spacious, beautifully decorated, located in a quiet countryside but only ten minute drive to a big supermarket. We enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and playing boules. Photos don’t do the house justice. It exceeded our expectations. Would recommend staying here and we would not hesitate to stay again. Lise was very responsive in her communication. We drove through the night to get to the house and Lise kindly offered us a one off earlier check in, which we were grateful for.

We had a lovely stay at Marc and Denise's, who are great hosts. The setting is superb, the accommodation is charming, it has everything you need. Feel free to book their table d'hôte, you'll love it! It is also very well located, you will find many tourist getaways nearby. We highly recommend their cottage :)

The house is located in a secluded plot surrounded by woodland and with amazing views over the countryside. It has comfy beds, a modern kitchen with everything you need, a gas BBQ, a huge deck with outdoor seating and of course the lovely heated swimming pool. It is truly peaceful yet within an easy drive of Montignac with its supermarkets and riverside eateries. Saint Amand de Coly is a great base for exploring the Dordogne by car, with lots to see, visit and do within just half an hour’s drive and more further afield. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this super property.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. We had a wonderful stay with our five month old baby! The location is perfect and close to a lot of the sights, the property was well maintained and we took advantage of the pool, games, and had breakfast one morning. We really enjoyed chatting with the owners who are so kind. We would love to return one day!

Julie's cottage is completely in line with the description and photos. It is very clean, with everything you need inside. You can rent her cocoon with your eyes closed.

We just had an absolutely magical stay at Cindy's, and we can only pull our hat off to her! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed in his Airbnb, which is a real gem. The decoration is simply lovely and every detail has been thoughtfully thought out, creating an atmosphere that is both cozy and elegant. The ambient calm allowed us to fully recharge, and everything was compliant, or even beyond our expectations! Cindy is an exceptional host, of remarkable kindness and availability. She was able to make our stay even more special by her kindness and care. A huge thank you, Cindy and Enzo, for this unforgettable experience! We wish you the best. We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

The reality matches the photos on the site. We had a great time in an old house typical of the Périgord region. Very well located, it allows for many visits. The view of the valley is superb with the setting sun or the sea of fog.

We have just come back from a wonderful week at Jeanies Gite. We’ve had an amazing time and will be back. The location was idyllic. The accommodation was lovely. The pool was great. And Jeanie was so welcoming. We went to the Dordogne to sightsee but the Gite was so good we stayed there, other than a lovely kayak down the Dordogne. Thank you Jeanie, we will see you again. Soon hopefully!

Set in a very picturesque village, this lovely & well equipped house is a perfect place in which to chlll. We passed a fabulous week, visiting some of the wonderful nearby tourist attractions. Then, returning in the evening to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful setting and surroundings.

Only 1 regret - that we couldn’t stay longer !!! This place is a little piece of paradise and Cedric was an amazing host ! Highly recommend!

We really liked our stay in la Tremoulette hosted by Cathy and Arnoud. The house is beautifully renovated both inside and out and the interior is tastefully decorated. True craftmanship. It is situated at a beautiful and calm spot and bird lovers will have lots to see and hear. Plenty of activities to undertake and everything is well documented and easy to find, especially the walking trails. We will be coming back. Thanks Cathy and Arnoud.

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Charming house in a perfect environment to relax and disconnect, we loved the garden, the sheep, the butterflies... A plus in this beautiful region. Christine is very friendly while remaining discreet.

A perfect stay, from the first contact to departure. A great, lovingly renovated and furnished house with a beautiful terrace in the middle of the village... in the morning at breakfast the view of the first excursion boats and canoes, in the evening hot air balloons just above the river and village. We enjoyed many hikes and sightseeing in the immediate vicinity and then always looked forward to "coming home" to the vacation home. The contact with Anne was nice and uncomplicated… everything great and highly recommended!
