At our residence in Lisbon Historic Centre, we will do everything to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay possible. Alfama is one of the oldest city districts, extending from the banks of the Tejo to the castle. Explore its many historic buildings, while the labyrinth of streets offers a tiny plaza, unique shop, funky cafe, or wonderful view around every corner. You have the subway in a 5 minutes walking distance and in 10 minutes the two train stations, Cais do Sodré, that take you to Belém and Cascais, and Restauradores, to go to Sintra. Places that you must not miss visiting! Also, you are 5 minutes from Martim Moniz, inicial stop of the famous 28 Lisbon Tram that follows a two-directional linear route: Martim Moniz – Graca – Portas de Sol – Se Cathedral – Rua Conceição (southern Baixa) – Chiado – Sao Bento – Estrela - Campo Ourique. The Marquês de Tancos Residence is a perfect starting point for anyone who wants to discover Lisbon, and we can also provide Tuk Tuks that can pick you up to take you around the city. Restored Cottage on Patio in Historic Center A

Patio São Vicente is a collection of restored cottages surrounding a peaceful courtyard, hidden away in the historical center. The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Using Portuguese artisans and designers, the interiors are cosy, comfortable and carefully crafted with custom carpentry. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.

MY LX FLAT Visit Castle Alfama in a Rooftop

Sit out on the terrace on the rooftop and marvel at the views of the Tagus River. The apartment is in a traditional Lisbon building from the start of the 20th century that was fully renovated in 2018 with inspirational phrases and bold artwork. The apartment is in a quiet street in the Castle area. The most interesting points in Lisbon are within walking distance, including St Jorge Castle and downtown Lisbon. It’s close to the most famous viewpoint in the city, Miradouro Portas do Sol.

Small and cozy apartment with river view

Our cozy apartment has 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and all amenities; we recently added air conditioning. It has a balcony with incredible views over the Tagus River. It's located next to the ticket offices of São Jorge Castle; taxis access the castle area, but Ubers do not. This is the oldest neighborhood in Lisbon; the building was also recently restored. The people in the castle are mainly locals and tourists. The atmosphere is lively during the day and quiet at night.
