The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Apartment in a typical Umbrian farmhouse (composed by three apartments). The apartment is on the ground floor, on the first floor live the owners. It is for 5 people and had got 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed and private bathroom with nice lake view 2 double bed and private bathroom and and terrace 3- single bed and private bathroom Living room and a tiny kitchen. The apartment has also a nice veranda with beautiful lake view. We have a nice swimming pool we like to share with our guests.

A pian terreno una bella zona giorno con camino, comoda cucina con piano in travertino dotata di lavastoviglie e capiente tavolo da pranzo. Al primo piano, la zona notte è composta da tre camere da letto di cui una doppia con bagno esclusivo, una camera singola ed un’altra camera doppia ed il secondo bagno.
