A nice apartment to spend a few days in Livorno and surroundings! Viola was very friendly and provided us with a small package of groceries, which is not a given. All in all, a very nice stay.

Everything was as described, we felt comfortable. A pleasant accommodation – thank you!

we are a couple and we stayed for 4 nights; We were warmly welcomed from the start and they were helpful and welcoming throughout the holiday. The house has everything you could possibly need. the spaces are comfortable and fresh without even having had the constant need to turn on the air conditioner. highly recommended!!

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful traditional building, easily walkable to everywhere within the city walls. Very clean, good aircon and shower. Such a bonus to have a terrace to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner. Thank you so much!

All good. Clean and bright apartment, a stone's throw from the Livorno promenade and the Naval Academy, equipped with all the comforts for a short stay and very close to a multitude of clubs. The parking under the house is very convenient (as long as you avoid rush hours). Leonardo was punctual in his communications and extremely kind. Highly recommended.

Ideal small summer house with a fantastic pool that invites you to swim. We had the whole property to ourselves. Pure relaxation. For our dog, there was enough to discover and right next door a hiking trail to the top of the mountain. From here, you can experience Tuscany in all its colors, and if you want to swim in the sea, the path is not far. As well as many other highlights. Our hosts were always available and concerned about our well-being, thank you for that. Thank you for the lovely holiday.

The apartment is in a great location and was perfect for our stay. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped – ideal if you like to cook yourself. We were delighted to receive water, milk and a cake as a welcome gift. Thank you for everything, we would definitely return

We stayed two nights in this fantastic cottage. It perfectly matches the description, the garden is a peaceful place. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the center of Volterra. Francesca was a super host, providing us with all the information for check-in in a very clear way. In the accommodation we found everything we needed and also some sweets for breakfast. Absolutely recommended

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

Felt right at home! This lovely apartment is very central and has all the amenities you could need for both a short or long stay. A very charming apartment with responsive hosts. Definitely recommend.

Annalisa and her property were just wonderful! The apartment could not be better located as it is in a small private plaza right off of the tower of Pisa. It was very clean and we felt right at home. My family of five was very comfortable and I highly recommend this apartment!

Luciano’s place was right on the city center where the town is hopping. It was exactly where I wanted to stay and we were not disappointed

We stayed here for 10 days with 4 people and we had a fantastic time here. It was like we ended up in a movie. With all our questions, we were able to contact the reception and were well helped. If possible, definitely join the wine tour on Friday, which was very fun and educational. We really recommend Poggio al Casone even if you have to make a stop in between.

The on-site restaurant is also great, and the view is great without complaint! I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing environment in Toscanana! Thank you!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. I especially appreciated the peaceful location. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and quick. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. Thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and fresh towels made the stay even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again. Beautiful farmhouse/cottage! Just 30 minutes from Pisa and an hour from Florence. Laura is a very kind and responsive host. She went out of her way to welcome us and help us. 2 cozy bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room and terrace. (The water in this home can be used for cooking, but not drinkable - it is “hard”. Would recommend to bring your own. Nearest supermarket is a few km away). Overall, a beautiful stay in the Tuscan countryside!

The apartment was beautiful and peaceful. The surroundings were stunning and the pool was a very welcome place to cool off. A great place to stay in Tuscany if you're hiring a car. Would highly recommend. Elisabetta was very helpful from start to finish.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

What a brilliant stay we had here. Hidden away into the Tuscan countryside, with views as far as the eye can see. We wouldn't hesitate to come back to this stunning property. Very attentive hosts, we were greeted at check in and given a tour of the property. The building is shared with the owners, but the apartment has full privacy, with it's own outdoor seating area. The bedroom is a very good size with air conditioning, and it also has a kitchen and bathroom full of character. The gem for us was the infinity pool - all to ourselves and with views of the Tuscan countryside that you see in magazines and didn't quite believe existed. Well they do here. The property is within 10-15 minutes drive of various beautiful towns and villages. We would recommend the town of Vinci and the vineyard tour of Colle Adimari. Florence is 40 minutes roughly, Pisa even less. What more would you want.
