Izarne’s place is centrally located and easily accessible. The apartment is spacious, clean , tastefully decorated and plenty of room to relax . I would definitely recommend izarnes place to anyone looking to stay in the area .

I had a wonderful stay at Fernando’s apartment and felt well taken care of throughout. Communication was smooth, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable experience. The apartment was clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable, and the furniture added a warm and welcoming touch to the space. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the location — the neighborhood was central but felt very safe. The building also had secure access, which gave me peace of mind during my entire stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay in Madrid!

My expectations were exceeded 100%. I went with my whole family, 8 in total, between adults and children, for 15 days. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and tidy, as seen in the photos. Close to everything on foot, when I say everything, there are many important places to go, you are in the very center of Madrid and enjoy the coexistence of a diversity of cultures that is the beauty of the area. Andre was attentive to everything and always available. Our heart stayed there and when I return I would have no problem going again. I recommend it!!! Thank you Andre, a big hug!!!!

A wonderful Airbnb right in the heart of Madrid! Just steps away from the Plaza Mayor. The Airbnb itself was so cute, clean, and a great size. The street noise is a bit noisy at night as you’re right in the mix of everything but the host did provide ear plugs which was super helpful and sweet. Great stay with David, he was super communicative and friendly. We will for sure be back!!

The apartment is great. The only downside is that it is indicated that it is number 5, but the door has another number, equally if you follow the photos it is well. The apartment is small but with all amenities, it is not bright but it is on the street, which was very good for us because we were going with our dog who is older and so had easy access to do her things outside. It is very close to the M30 and the neighborhood is not idyllic, but it is easy to park and from there you can walk to the Las Ventas / Barrio Salamanca / The retreat without problem (we who like to walk, we did not make use of public transport any day). I recommend it for couples.

When I return to Valladolid, I would love to stay with Begoña again. Begoña is a great host, who makes you feel at home. You'll always have what you need. It also offers experiences in its garden, a very pleasant and fun environment, where you will learn a lot about the subject. It has two beautiful cats that will keep you company. I just have to add my thanks for the good treatment you have given me at all times and for making me feel at home.

the truth is that they have a very quiet beautiful house, a pity that the neighbors were in construction. Puia has been great, she gave us all the facilities I had available and very polite. That can't be better. If we go back to that area, we will go again.

The apartment is in a super location, and very easy to get anywhere since the Metro is just a short walk away. A place quite clean and equipped perfectly for the best of stays, I would definitely stay there again.

The house is wonderful, very spacious, very comfortable to share between different people since each room has its own bathroom, 5 in total. Everything is in perfect condition and very well restored and decorated. It's a very warm home perfect for a weekend. We were very comfortable and thank you very much for being able to be there

Good location if you want to make an express visit to Madrid. If you want to use public transportation, there is a subway and bus stop at the door. I visited everything on foot in the vicinity. I arrived by subway from the airport. Juan and his daughter Sofia were very kind.

It is my 2nd stay at José Luis and Nery's house and it has been like returning home, they make me feel so good, it is a pleasure to share time with them, they are wonderful people who offer you everything they have and more. Li's was helpful, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was clean and pleasant. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bath was spacious and spotless. We could easily walk or use one of the nearby metro stops to explore Madrid. Thanks very much for sharing your apartment with us!

The apartment is a little smaller than we expected. But not an issue at all. Traditional Madrid feel to it, full of character. Amazing location. If you are affected by noise then just bring ear plugs . Lovely time in Madrid.

we were very comfortable, close to the old town just crossing the Roman bridge, 5 min walk, and very quiet you couldn't hear a noise x the night. An area with free parking on the street although the apartment how much with a garage square. It has everything I need to spend a few days . I recommend it
