It is nature-inspired, bright & modern, has WiFi, is fully equipped and is very close to restaurants, tapas, the Metro, shops & galleries. Best for a single, couples or couples with a kid! Pets are invited happily!!! The apartment is located in a new buliding, with an elevator! It is modern designed, with lots of greenery, themed to its name, Vine. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always cared for it with pampering, it is an oasis in the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the Retreat, the real lung of the city, Atocha Station (AVE, Proximity Metro) and the best museums: Prado, Reina Sofia ,Thyssen... The apartment has: spacious living/dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Designer flat, located in the La Latina neighbourhood, is a 160 m2 underground gem that can accommodate up to 4 people. With 2 elegant bedrooms and a separate office with an additional sofa bed. Although it is a ground floor apartment, its refurbished and modern interior surprises with its open and airy style. Please note that light is limited due to its location and you will not find balconies or large windows. Enjoy TV via Chromecast. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Very bright apartment, quiet, safe and friendly apartment. It has internet/ TV, heating, washer/ dryer and a full kitchen. There is an elevator, but being a first floor, you can walk up. The apartment is newly painted and arranged (December 2023). It is located in front of the Cebada Market in the historic downtown neighborhood of La Latina, a 5-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and 7 minutes from La Puerta de Sol. The La Latina subway is 100 meters away from the gate.

Cozy & comfortable apartment.

High-ceiling apartment next to the Madrid country house. 150 meters away you have the Alto de Extremadura metro station and right next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, there is also a night line that leaves from Plaza de Cibeles. Within a 100 m radius you have bars, pharmacy, tobacco shop, supermarkets, bakery, bank, etc., so you don't miss anything. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
