Style house in a very quiet cul-de-sac, pretty enclosed garden, guarantee of tranquility and no vis-à-vis. Jacuzzi enclosed space. Ground floor, dining room accommodates up to 10 people, and opens to beautiful living area, 2 sofas, TV, nice fireplace; very functional kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Room with shower and toilet. Floor: 4 bedrooms: 3 av. double bed (1 large), 1 with 2 single beds, 1 single bed on the landing. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet shower.

At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Caen 30 minutes away / Argentan train station 20 minutes away.
