The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. Upon entering the apartment, you will have a completely clear view of the living room and kitchen, characterized by careful decoration that immediately conveys a pleasant feeling of home. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and unforeseen stay. The apartment is located in an old building and as a result spaces are not well insulated. It can be kind of noisy sometimes at night since the elevator’s opening and closing doors may sound in the middle of the night, and the walls and floors are thin. FYI: One of the bedrooms has a fan, instead of an AC split.
