Holiday rentals with a patio in Cattaraugus County

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

Stayed here again after a great stay last year. It’s well suited for younger kids (4 total, ages 4-9) and great access to the slopes. Thanks again!

The apartment is a great place to stay if you want to be close to town. It's less than a mile and the sidewalk leads you to the main street. The apartment is squeaky clean, comfortable with a huge sliding glass view of the backyard deck and trees. I enjoyed my morning coffee outside when it was sunny. there is a fully stocked kitchen when you want to cook as I did. Each bedroom has great views of the trees and wildlife with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space if you stay awhile. I enjoyed my stay and will book again when I am in ellicottville.

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

Oh my goodness…this is the cutest little apartment!! Great location, the decks are perfect for outdoor time and many amenities! We loved our stay and will be back for another fun weekend in the future!

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

The place was great. It was in Beautiful setting backyard was really pretty. The only problem is it was very cold there for the end of May. Although they had heat we were satisfied with that. It kept us warm and cozy. The place inside was so beautiful, very comfortable and clean. I think that anybody that stays here would be very happy and comfortable .Very communicative!! We hope to stay there the next time we come into town ! Thank you Mitch for your hospitality

This apartment made our stay in Ellicottville so relaxing and easy. Beautiful, clean space and super convenient to restaurants and shops. We will seek out this apartment for our next stay in Ellicottville!

We had a great stay in this home! There was plenty of space for 8 of us on a family trip and everything was so clean and homey. I appreciated recommendations that Mark and Kristy provided to the brewery nearby! Most importantly, they were extremely gracious and we were able to make day-of last minute booking of this place due to another place canceling on us. Very grateful we found this spot.

The house was exactly as described. It was just the 2 of us on our getaway but the house can easily accommodate many more. The rooms were separate and private. The living room has a comfy couch with the Alexa controlled fireplace and huge TV. The remote controlled window blinds were cool and easy to use. We very much enjoyed the comfort of the hot tub as it was cool and rainy during our stay. The road feels private and quiet. We definitely recommend renting here and we will be back!

Can’t wait to come back again! Beautiful secluded spot for a weekend with friends. Everything you need for a few days away but close drive to everything you need.

Theresa's house is lovely. There's plenty of room for 10 people, but it still feels quaint and homie. The house was spotless and had everything we could have needed. We were in town for my son's graduation from St. Bonaventure University, so were only there for a couple of pretty hectic days. I wish I could have spent a few more days relaxing and taking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Theresa was very kind and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this house and this host, both were fantastic.

Beautiful house! We had fun relaxing on the couch next to the fireplace while watching a move on the projector! All kinds of wildlife out of the back window. Highly recommend staying here!

The home was lovely. Bright and clean with everything we needed plus. They really thought of everything. The place is well kept and well stocked with your everyday items. This is what makes an Airbnb much better than a hotel.

Safri's home was the perfect place to stay. It was comfortable for my family, clean and super close to Downtown Ellicotville and Holiday Valley.

We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

Natalie was incredibly communicative and friendly and the space was lovely and very clean. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

This condo space was perfect for a quick getaway for my wife and I. It was super clean and cozy and stocked with all of the basic necessities we would need. Though we came during the summer, the access to the ski slopes from the back door is perfect and convenient. Less than two miles from downtown, we were able to Uber to and from and enjoyed wine tasting, dinner, drinks, and live music.  Amanda was very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. There was no hassle with the entry upon arrival. We will definitely return for some golf and outdoor live music during the summer and some skiing in the winter!

Great place to stay at a very reasonable price. Will try to book again for future trips.

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.

Tom & Julie’s place was perfect for our ski weekend at Holiday Valley resort. It was so cozy and they thought of everything and more as far as accommodations. It was clean, modern and the location was perfect. Tom was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival and we felt right at home. We will definitely return!
