The house was beautiful- very light and airy with lots of space. My family were sharing with my sister and her family - we all enjoyed our stay in the house - lots of room for us all to spread out. The house was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very easy to access the trams and shops from the house. The area that the house was in was beautiful and very quiet - after a busy day sightseeing it was lovely to come back and relax in. The swimming pool is solar powered but we had hot weather whilst there so were able to use it. Would absolutely recommend this house.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

Delightful stay in a beautiful old character home which was spotlessly clean with many thoughtful touches. Minutes from great restaurants, supermarkets and main shopping strip. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again.

Pip's place is just lovely - beautifully renovated and hasn't lost any of its old world feel. It is an easy walk to cafes and parks with the tram to the city just up the road. Located within 10 or so minutes drive of St Kilda made it perfect for us. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in Melbourne.

What a great place to stay, the renovations are amazing. It had everything you need and more. We also loved that you were so close to restaurants, chemist and grocery stores. Definitely recommend.

This has to be one of the most beautiful, luxurious and spotless places I have ever stayed! Everything was so well thought out; from the gorgeous welcome gifts, to the stunning decor, to the perfect location - I extended my stay to enjoy it more! The place was much bigger than I thought it would be, had heaps of lovely touches (the designer furnishings; the indoor plants, especially “Henry”; the Aesop products; the well stocked kitchen; the awesome water pressure), and is in a fabulous location for food. Amelia was super helpful with my last minute booking, and accomodating of my extension - everything was perfect : )

House is perfectly situated close to all that is great about Melbourne, right by chapel st but far enough away to be away from hustle and bustle of the vibrant street - public transport close at hand for venturing into CBD or beach. House itself is immaculate, two great sized bedrooms, an awesome bathroom with added bonus of underfloor heating and the open plan kitchen, living room that opens up to the garden is just so relaxing - highly recommended.

Jenny is an amazing host, she has been very proactive and supportive. The house is cozy and welcoming, backyard with inviting vibes.

We had a terrific two week stay in Armadale. The home had everything we needed, and was beautifully furnished. What a great location - really close to public transport and an easy walk to trendy cafes and the Orrong Hotel. Beds were really comfortable, the whole house was spotlessly clean, great little courtyard - highly recommend!

So spacious, immaculate and clean. Very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It is clear that a great deal of thought, time and effort has gone into making this home functional, comfortable and just a great home away from home. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and we can't wait to come back and stay again next time we're in Melbourne. Thank you so much to James and Margot for being absolutely lovely hosts.

We have been spending 7 days at the house of Lisa and has been a great experience in one of the best neighborehoods in Melbourne. The house is very well kept and is extremely well equipped - including toys that kids loved to play with and kept them busy! We loved all the space and the garden behind the house was very nice and full of flowers and trees. Lisa has been with Ryan great hosts and always present - including offering to buy some groceries as we arrived late on Sunday and all was closed. Definitely we will come back! Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. The photos don’t do this location justice; it’s even bigger and prettier than it appears. My friends and I had an absolute delight staying here at Sanaz’s home for the weekend. From the thoughtfulness of bins in every room, to plenty of towels and amenities, to the lovely cookies left for us, everything felt well considered and above and beyond what’s normally experienced at an Airbnb. Would highly recommend coming here for a cosy get together with family and friends. Thank you for having us.

We loved our stay at Ivy Street. It had all the amenities we could need & we loved the 2 separate living areas, which allowed everyone to relax in their own space. It was clean, spacious & peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

We (family of 5) very much enjoyed our time at this property. Our stay was extremely comfortable. The property is as you see it in the photos. Modern, spacious and most importantly, very clean. The check-in process and keyless entry is extremely easy. Location suited our needs. Close to Chadstone and with easy access to main roads/freeways. Everything in the property just works, is trusted and easy - heating/cooling, wifi access, smart TV, washer, dryer etc, etc And the hosts Stuart and Emma were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. Have no hesitation in recommending this property whatsoever.
