My family adored and loved him, and thought that he was a super host!! His hosting skills were second to none and he’s a real asset to your houses on Airbnb. The children enjoyed the hot spring pool. The house was very spacious and was kept in a very good standard. Overall, we were very happy with both the house and Abby. I will definitely be keeping in mind your properties in the future. We had a great stay in Ms. Jho’s property. They were very responsive and sees to it that we are well taken care of. The place is clean and is very conducive to live in, it’s just like a home away from home. Will definitely book the property again in the future.

A perfect place to spend time with family when you opt for a peaceful nature escape, plus a private lake to swim in right in the backyard of the villa. The surroundings are wide with serene views. We'll be back for sure, but it's much more convenient when the pool is also well-maintained and the beddings are fresh and neat.

The place is clean, and they have almost everything we need. The host is very responsive and accommodating, as is the caretaker, Ate Riza. We enjoyed our stay. However, I encountered a problem with Airbnb, they double charged me. I booked and then canceled right away because I needed to change my payment method. They deducted the fee from my husband's account, which I had registered in the app as one of my payment methods, but they did not return the money. Then I booked again and made a payment through GCash. Thanks to the host for helping me get in touch with Airbnb about this issue. I hope to get my money back soon. Thank you again TJM’s Resort!

A Peaceful Escape with the Perfect Pool We spent the weekend at this beautiful rental and it was exactly what we needed—a private, peaceful retreat away from the noise of everyday life. The highlight, without a doubt, was the pool. It was deep and huge and comes from a hot spring so we all enjoyed staying in the pool for hours! The property is incredibly private—no neighbors in sight, it was the kind of place where you could truly unplug and unwind. The interior was cozy and comfortable, but we honestly spent most of our time at the pool. The outdoor setup, with plenty of seating and a shaded area, made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for a quiet, secluded spot with an amazing pool to recharge and relax, this place is a gem.

My family and I had a great time in this place! The whole area is more aesthetic in person than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. Worth the drive! Stayed here with friends and we had the best time. The hosts were super accommodating and even had flowers waiting for us when we arrived—such a sweet touch! We were 9 in the group, but the place felt really spacious, with so many spots to just chill and hang out. I also loved all the art pieces around the house. Perfect spot to unwind! We swam, kayaked (they’ve got life vests), and even enjoyed being offline for a bit (the Wi‑Fi was stable for anyone needing to catch up on work). 5/5, would totally go back! I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

Rosita's listing is very homey. The living room is airconditioned as well. Street parking is provided. Just a heads-up for people who are not fans of stray dogs (This is not the host's fault.) There are a lot of stray dogs on the streets. If you have a car, park in front of the gate to avoid the stray dogs. Will definitely book again if there's a need to stay in Batangas.

This place was awesome. You'll be relaxed by the vibes and will feel right at home. All you need is there including kitchenwares. you can cook, they also have fridge and a netflix. Internet was fast and the a/c was cool. Overall I would rate it 1000/10. Will definitely book this again for our future laguna travels. thanks to Ms. Donna (host) that is very responsive and they also honor my request for a birthday surprise set-up for my wife.

The place was very spacious and the location was great. I like that there's a lot of places to lounge around the property and activities to do at the property itself. Only thing i found lacking was the appliances and amenities were a bit dated but overall we had a great stay. The property was just as described.

We have been spending our holy week here for the past 3 yrs and each time, the house has something new. super enjoyed the bigger jacuzzi and liked the kitchen improvements too. Ate Gigi, as always, been very helpful to us. Thank you so much!!! Very relaxing vacation.

sir Vinz was very accommodation to our requests. he assisted my relative throughout our stay. The place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. he also made sure that a senior citizen was well taken cared of. truly ,very hospitable. salamat po!

Had among the nicest private pool house reserved in years. The house is clean and easy to find. Lots of toys and activities inside. Great Kitchen. Rooms are clean and sound proofing was good (especially some guests in nearby resorts are unruly and uncivilized) which helped us get good sleep. Interiors feels like very Filipino while the toilets feel like we're in Japan. The household helpers were both nice and friendly. Tip for others: since the main high way can get very bad traffic scenarios especially during weekend afternoons, and going to stores, even the nearby ones might be a big hassle, best to bring everything you need upon check in.

Such a lovely and thoughtfully prepared stay! The space is simple yet stylish, with hotel-quality bedsheets, fresh towels, complete toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with IKEA glassware and silverware. The air conditioning was already on when I arrived—such a nice touch! Trash bins were plenty, making it easy to keep things clean, and each area had fire extinguishers and emergency lights, which added peace of mind. The BBQ area was also very nice and efficient. The garden was beautifully maintained, and having an on-site caretaker was a big plus. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful stay at Ainoville! It's not only incredibly affordable, but also beautifully designed—exactly like the photos, which was such a pleasant surprise. The space was spotless and felt so cozy and welcoming and we truly felt right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was how accommodating and responsive Ferl was. She was super easy to communicate with and always ready to help. The yang chow we had from their food service was also very delish. Overall, a fantastic experience. We would definitely stay here again. :))
