Pros: - Clean and has all amenities listed in the description - Includes free parking - Good location. It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

Thank you Mars. Had an amazing stay at your place with just a short walk to Robinsons Plaza. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee, etc. including items needed for cooking such as oil, sauces and spices. The gazebo was great for our guests to celebrate my mother-in-laws 92nd birthday. The views overlooking Taal lake and volcano were beautiful. Thanks also to Maimai who was very helpful. If I ever come back to Tagaytay I will be booking your place. Thanks again Mars and Maimai.

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. The condo was at a great location, close to lots of restaurants and malls. Host was very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. He made sure we were comfortable. Only downside were the rooms were a little smaller than expected. Definitely a bit cramped for more than 6 people.

It was indeed a great stay, accessible to the stores, clean rooms, complete toiletries, quite nite, able to cook and air conditioning was awesome. Safety wise love it ❤️there’s security in the premises and in the entrance, prior to the building, highly recommend this place. Definitely will stay here again.

I booked the place to celebrate my birthday. The place was aesthetically superb. You will feel at home once you're inside. The area is so quiet and peaceful. What's even great is that Ms. Lyza, the host, was so responsive. I will definitely recommend her place to friends and will surely go back for a longer stay in the future.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, spacious, and modern, with free parking outside and convenient amenities like a laundry facility downstairs and a coffee shop. We’d definitely return. The only drawback was the lack of blackout blinds, as the room gets very bright in the morning. Additionally, it can be a bit noisy when motorcycles pass by since the unit is right next to the road. However, despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay. The host was kind and always responsive.
