Holiday rentals with lake access in Caxias do Sul

Even before check-in, we already had a great impression of the hosts. We went on a Thursday, as we work online we were in doubt if the place would have the necessary structure. The hosts informed us about an available retractable table, which served us very well. We were able to work quietly, each in a separate room. The house is more beautiful than in the photos: clean, well-equipped, with a heater, sofa bed, TV, air conditioning in both bedrooms, excellent bedding, two bathrooms (one en-suite) and a full kitchen. But the land is the highlight: wide, beautiful and super well cared for. With a barbecue area and even a fire pit! The house is on a dead-end road, ensuring privacy and silence. 100m away is the inn of Aline's mother (Sueli), where it was possible to have a great breakfast on the days we stayed. Sueli is very attentive and also sells delicious breads and jams! We were looking for comfort, space, beauty and tranquility — we found all of this. Excellent experience!

Great accommodation, place exactly conforming photos of the listing, instructions to arrive in place very well explained by the host and great access to the rural location, very well furnished house and with all necessary utensils for great lodging, comfortable and clean beds, showers with water heater and great internet signal. Host Keila is very kind and attentive at the time of check in and check out. we are counting the minutes to have this experience again.

The hut is wonderful, the view is beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. It has a great structure (full kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, bedding, bathtub). The puppies are very dear and always go near the hut to ask for affection. André always responds promptly to messages. The only downtown area was reaching the night at the hut, as the entrance to the property is not very bright and has more than one house in the same place, in addition it is about 15 minutes of floor road, totally without a mobile phone signal. The road is good, but on the second night we think it's best not to go downtown and dine in the hut. We would certainly be staying there again.

We spent the end of the year with the family (including our pets) in this wonderful house that certainly made our New Year's Eve even more special! Janete is an excellent host, very careful, attentive and flexible! She was always available and communicated well! Very complete, clean house with well-equipped and comfortable rooms! Very nice pool and barbecue area, providing greater interaction, in addition to the beautiful lake where we can ride a paddle boat and fish! The dogs loved running on the lawn! Since everything is fenced, we felt safe letting them loose! Rest with fun in a place of great peace and good energy! We loved our stay! We will definitely be coming back!

The apartment matches the listing information. I stayed with my parents and everything was very helpful. Arion has always been helpful and the information given has always been clear. Simple but clean bed and bath linens. Clean and organized environment. It was cold, but there was an oil heater and a mini heater that helped us at night. Underground garage with easy parking and the entrance to the building and apartment was easy to follow the steps given by the host. Location very close to the University - quiet neighborhood. My experience was good and I would return in the future, if needed.

The place is lovely. Juliano received me very well with the impeccable house, was very helpful and was entirely available to show me all the charms of the property. The house is very cozy, very well equipped, comfortable and has a unique charm. The place is away, but because it is inside a condominium I felt very safe. The site has two delicious waterfalls for the hot days and I'm already making plans to return.

The place of Julio is better than in the photos. The view is beautiful on all sides, the house is comfortable and very well equipped. Julio has always been very polite, helpful and attentive. We strongly recommend the space. We also encourage future guests to use weather repellents and take products to ward off insects and specifically flies. It is good to make it clear that the house is a very nice experience of contact with nature, so flies, mosquitoes or ponds may appear, as is expected in this type of situation.

Eduardo fou super cozoso, received us with fire on the wood burning stove to leave the kitchen warm. The history of the house of the family. The place is very quiet and cozy, ideal for those who need to rest...it was special our weekend, we rested in silence and we wake up to the song of the birds.
