Holiday rentals with a patio in Caye Caulker

Great location, very clean, ac works as it should. Water never ran out and was hot. Celvin was there for check in. I recommend staying there!

Francis is a fabulous host. He always responded quickly and was very helpful with suggestions. He met us at the boat dock and then drove us around and showed the location of stores and restaurants in the area on the way to the cottages. The cottage was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. There were a few beers in the fridge and filtered water available. The kitchen had what we needed for the days we were there. If I ever return to Caye Caulker the first place I would look for a place to stay is here. Thanks Francis for a wonderful vacation spot.

The location is a little far from the center, but the room is clean and comfortable

This was our third vacation in Belize but first time staying in Caye Caulker. We loved it! The people, the views, the food, the serenity….it’s all unmatched! This unit was perfect. View from the balcony was gorgeous. We even watched the sunrise! Perfectly peaceful! A pool and bar were only steps away. If you’re looking to relax, chill, and unwind this is the place! We’ll be back, very soon!

These were some of the best days of my life. Lucrecia and J have the place set up so well that I’m already thinking about when I can return. A ten second walk from the front door is Lucrecia’s restaurant, serving delicious, fresh, and local food in an unhurried cozy oceanfront setting. While you’re waiting for your food, you might walk another 5 seconds and be at S’s delightful bar, attached.

This location requires a ferry to reach, but the location is peaceful and easy to navigate. Beautiful property that you will no doubt be able to just hangout and spend some relaxing time.

Had a nice stay, location was great. Host was kind. I'd recommend this place to others and would stay here again.

An amazing Family-Friendly Stay in Belize Our recent family vacation in Belize was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming onsite reception team, who were always ready to assist us with booking a variety of activities. The accommodations were comfortable and spacious, perfectly suited for families. The kids loved the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. We were able to book several exciting excursions through the reception, including snorkeling trips, jungle tours, and visits to ancient Mayan ruins. Each activity was well-organized and provided unforgettable experiences for our entire family. The onsite dining options were fantastic, offering a range of delicious local and international dishes that catered to both adults and children. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive,

Paradise! Look no further, best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Angela’s place is brand new and perfectly situated where you can see every sunrise and sunset, is quiet, and better priced than anywhere else we looked in Belize, especially for the house amenities and private beachfront. From the start, you can tell Angela and Amie truly care that your vacation is perfect, great recommendations, and helpful, like arranging transportation, I’m sure they will both be Super-hosts soon! I loved the iguanas, sting rays, and pelicans that you could see on site, from the beach or dock. The kayaks were amazing, and the water is so crystal clear. The north side of the split is way better, much quieter, easier to walk, and less touristy than the water taxi/airport side. I can see why Caye Caulker and the airbnb is Angie’s happy place, it is my happy place as well, and I cannot wait to go back!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect for our family of 4. The rooms were big and there were multiple places to set up our belongings. We loved sitting on the porch in the hammocks after settling in for the evening. The house is close to several bars and restaurants so even with people walking around the house at all hours, it still felt fairly quiet and private since you stay on the 2nd floor. Amelia was very responsive and accommodating. She brought fresh towels mid-way through our trip and was very helpful with giving an overview of the area when we checked in. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

The Tiki House is great! I stayed there with my husband and parents and we all loved it. Located on the quieter end of the island, it has a fantastic view of the bay. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the rooftop palapa, swam in the pool, and kayaked right off the property. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and bars, and Lili's daughter Nina gave us lots of recommendations and was very responsive to our questions during the stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful house on the southern edge of Caye Caulker. Its location, close to the airport and away from the busier parts of town, made it a perfect retreat. Surrounded by lush jungle flora, we enjoyed the magical sight of fireflies every evening and breathtaking views of the night sky from the rooftop deck. Chila and Sheena, our hosts, were incredibly helpful and responsive, providing great suggestions for activities around town. When our children unfortunately fell ill, they went above and beyond, offering support and even checking if we needed anything. The house itself was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully equipped, including three bicycles that we used to explore the island, including the northern areas of the Caye. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

We just spent a week on Caye Caulker and stayed at the Coral Casa Airbnb rental. We had a great week and a good part of that is because we stayed in such a great place. The house was well equipped and clean. All of the supplies that are described in the offering, were there . We fixed breakfast most mornings, and enjoyed sitting on the front porch, welcoming the day. It is a bit of a walk from the house to the main part of town, probably 15 minutes, but on occasion, we would use the bikes that were available to cut the time down. The positive part of that distance is that you’re not in the extremely crowded Split area. 200 yards away from the house was a great street vendor who made delicious barbecue. We got that for dinner on more than one occasion. The property manager, Roberto, and the owner Dan, were very responsive when we contacted them.

Quiet and peaceful location. A comfortable bungalow with a pretty view of the ocean. Great swimming pool. Comfortable bed. Good Internet speed that supports telecommunication without issues. And a great host that respects her guests’ privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Vanilla Orchid. The caretakers picked us up at the airstrip and took us to the house where they then went through all the details and features of the unit. The house was spotless, comfortable, and furnished with modern decor. The air conditioner worked great, and there were also ceiling fans, and oscillating fans ( which is a must for me to sleep). The kitchen was very modern. The shower was large and clean. The house, in reality, feels much larger than it looks in the pictures. The pool and patio are the show stopper. You get a gorgeous yard with a coverer patio, large pool (again it is much larger than it appears in the photos), a grill, and various tables and chairs to lounge on. There is an excellent French restaurant right across the street that has great breakfasts and daily happy hour. This was very convenient. We could not have been happier with the experience.

Home was great for our stay. It is about a 10-15 minute bike ride down to the main area of town, but we liked how quiet it was. Host was very welcoming and provided snacks and drinks upon arrival which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. Would recommend!

The staff at Diamante were excellent. Text communication prior to check in, transport to and from the airport, staff was working the property day and night by cleaning the pool and hot tub, gardening, and security on property at night. The service was excellent and easy. The location of the property is right on the beach, and next door to best restaurants, docks, Central Park, and piers used by the tour companies. Would highly recommend it!

Loved the place! Was everything that I needed, liked the location also. close enough to everything, but not close enough for the noise and hustle and bustle. Host were extremely friendly, spectacular, helpful and knowledgeable! Would definitely stay again when I come back. RD

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family with three adult kids. Anytime we needed something, Richard or Dennis were there to help within 5 minutes. We also loved Edwin the pool bartender. The views are amazing and we loved sitting out on the balcony eating and playing games. We hope to come back
