Beautiful place, a nice location on the ground floor, and just off a nice courtyard with a roof garden easily reached. close to the river and downtown. Very close to a large market and other things. The host was responsive yet the entry from the street required a key which of course one does not have at check-in. This was solved with the host coming on-site yet this was probably an inconvenience for her. There was an attendant yet reaching him was not clear and we had to wait until the host contacted them directly. However, everything was very nice and the Host Gigi made a special trip on our behave. The apartment is very large and clean. One of the best showers in all of Peru!! Great place and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked yet we could not learn how to turn on the electric stove and maybe an instruction sheet would be a good addition. Good place for a central quiet stay for a couple.

The apartment is conveniently located, the only thing is that you have to be physically fit because it's 5 floors without an elevator 😅 But the view is very nice and the apartment is very complete Very comfortable, recommended

Digital nomads dream. Beautiful views, great desk setup, fast internet and spacious apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the extra large tv at night. Super safe area and lots of great cheap eats within a short walk. I rarely crosses the river into cento because the area is less touristy which I loved. Host was very responsive and very helped over my 2 weeks stay.

We just adored Jose and Yasmin and their place!! It is indeed sun-kissed, quaint, well-stocked, very safe (with multiple checkpoints to get in and out and a very serious door lock!), convenient to the town center, very clean, well-laid out, with excellent wi-fi, a good hot shower, a washer and drying rack, and beautiful little Peruvian touches in decorations. The hosts are both bilingual, which eases communication. They are both DELIGHTFUL people! If you are lucky, you will meet Jose’s family. If you are VERY lucky, you will meet his son!😊 We can’t recommend this place enough!

Enjoyed our stay! It’s close to the historic center, about a 10 min walk. Located on a quiet street, no noise from traffic. There’s a really nice breakfast place (Bue Cafe) a 5 min walk from the apartment with the best coffee I’ve had in Peru! The host was very responsive on messages and helped me book a taxi from the airport too 😊 would definitely stay again!

Everything was very good with the apartment's interior, the host was friendly and attentive to detail, only the area is a little gloomy, otherwise everything was good.

I was very happy with the stay, the apartment is clean and cozy and easy to access, just as Teresa describes! On the other hand, Teresa was attentive at all times, she gave us the check-in time, everything was great I would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

Great location in a private setting

Adolfo's service was A1. He recommended places to go, how much the prices are, and his kindness was the best. He helped us to take our suitcases up and everything. The apartment is also very nice, well organized and has wifi, the only issue is that it is 4 floors to climb stairs and after coming tired from the tours it is not the best. In addition, the hot water works with a solar panel, so half the time we bathed with ice water and it was also uncomfortable. Other than that, the whole stay was pleasant, Adolfo was always attentive to what we needed and always provided us with solutions.

Loved the place and the area. There were a few wifi issues but Juan was responsive and the door men and women were always super friendly and helpful!

We love Roos' accommodation. She and her husband were extremely helpful and helped us with everything. There are many details and you can expect a clean, airy accommodation with details that make you feel at home. I loved staying here, if I return to Arequipa I will stay with them again ☺️

Very comfortable beds. A quick taxi ride away from everything we wanted to do. Quiet, so you can get good sleep. Great hot water in the showers.

Great apartment, amazing views all around. Host was responsive. Beds comfy. Nice breeze from all the windows cooled down the house at night. Only thing I wish there was more of was kitchens utensils, pots and crockery as this was limited and made cooking a bit harder during our stay.
