The sliding floor-to-ceiling windows make it possible to fully open the villa , which makes it feel like living outside . The kitchen is fully equipped with modern comforts. The 4 master suites ,composed of spacious bedroom, large bathroom, toilet and dressing room ,are all equipped with a smart tv flat screen TV , blue tooth music system and safe . All beds are king size 200 x 200 cm and high quality high quality. On the terrace, a large table, an outdoor lounge and 8 deckchairs around pool 10 X 4m . Cleaning service is included in the price and is provided every day of your stay by the presence of our cleaner who is mandatory (times to be determined with the guest) Internet in the whole house . All the options of modern life are available at this beautiful villa . No pets allowed . Parties are not allowed , quiet residence. The house has electric reversers so that power outages don't bother guests . Electricity consumption. A flat rate of 1000 pesos per day is included in the rental price of 67 KWH day , in case of overrun , the difference will be paid in addition to the price of 14.95 pesos KWH (company price), a meter reading will be made upon your arrival and departure , a deposit will be paid at the check-in . The villa is located in the heart of Bonita Village , a popular and secure estate (with its private golf, pitch and put of 7000 m2 , 2 holes ), at the end of the wonderful Las Ballenas Beach.
