Holiday houses in CC Las Maretas

Place is exactly as described and listed. It is clean, homely and everything you need for a few days stay. It is also close to some nice restaurants. The host, Pablo, had also been extremely communicative and kind before, during and after our stay. Tania who met us during check in was also lovely. Overall, would book again if am in the area. We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment in Costa Teguise. It was spacious, bright, comfortable, and really quiet. It had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The large free car park near the apartment was ideal for our rental car and made exploring the island super easy. Our host, Dora, was absolutely fantastic — so warm, thoughtful, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving some provisions including oat milk (we’re vegan), which was such a kind touch. Communication before and during our stay was excellent, and her local tips were spot on and tailored to our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or host and would love to stay again. Highly recommended!

Sauberes schönes Apartment mit großartiger Aussicht auf den Strand. Sehr zentral gelegen, fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Sehr gut ausgestattet (insbesondere die Küche, es gab aber auch Sonnenschirme für den Strand). Sehr nette Hosts, antworten sehr schnell.

Solo puedo darle un 10/10 a mi estancia en este alojamiento, tanto por el sitio como por el anfitrión. Mi vuelo llegaba muy temprano y Raúl me dio acceso a primera hora del día, lo cual me facilitó la logística de llegada. Nada más llegar me enseñó la casa y me explicó donde estaban todas las cosas que podía necesitar. Habitación, baño, cocina y toda la zona exterior estaban perfectos! Toallas y sábanas limpias con recambio en ambas y además agua fría y una chocolatina como detalle de bienvenida ☺️ Durante mi estancia en Lanzarote me aconsejó sobre restaurantes, zonas que ver, curiosidades y todo lo que pude necesitar y siempre estuvo pendiente de que mi experiencia allí estuviera siendo satisfactoria. Amabilidad infinita, de verdad. La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por el pueblo caminando y para entrar y salir a la carretera que te permite recorrer la isla. Tiene cerca la playa, supermercados y unos cuantos restaurantes que están genial. Volvería sin dudarlo, 200% recomendado!

Susi was the most amazing 5* host from the moment we booked. She sent lots of recommendations for things to do and places to see in the run up to our stay and many useful mini videos to help us find the accommodation on arrival day and how to find the beach etc. The Bungalow itself was absolutely stunning, we genuinely could not fault it. The photographs are a very accurate representation of how it looks in real life. The bed is incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need if you choose to self-cater. The private plunge pool in the courtyard is the jewel in the crown. It is not over looked as all the neighbouring properties are also single story buildings and the high walls provide the ultimate secluded area to enjoy a dip in the pool, which is bathed in sunshine all day round. Susi has thought of everything that you might possibly need whilst staying at her gorgeous bungalow and we highly recommend staying here for a peaceful break away from it all. A superb stay!

Book this place, you won’t be disappointed. From booking to check out everything was simplicity itself. The apartment is in a quiet place directly on the promenade opposite a great snorkelling and swimming Cove. Nearest supermarket is two minutes away nearest bars and restaurants equally two minutes away. Lots of really lovely touches inside the apartment - cozy snuggle blanket for the sofa. Really good quality bedlinen and mattresses super comfortable. Bathroom incredibly clean everything superbly functioning. Kitchen had everything you could need. The balcony furniture was super comfortable and I sat there for hours watching the world go by and the view is simply stunning.., well worth the money and highly recommend. The host communications were superb and she is just fantastic.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay with great support if you needed, we love it.

Il van di Milena è stato un ottimo compagno di viaggio, comodo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Cucina attrezzata, tantissime prese per caricare i dispositivi elettronici, letto comodissimo con lenzuola e coperte, doccia, frigo perfettamente funzionante e pannello solare sopra al van che non ci ha fatto avere problemi di elettricità. Milena è stata gentilissima sia prima del viaggio che durante: dandoci informazioni utili e pratiche sull'isola e consigli. È stata un valore aggiunto prezioso. Ci è venuta incontro sia nel check in che nel check out con orari flessibili inoltre ci è venuta a prendere in aeroporto e l'ultimo giorno ci ha accompagnati alla fermata più vicina per il bus. Consigliamo assolutamente di alloggiare in questo van, noi sicuramente lo faremo la prossima volta che capiteremo a Lanzarote.
