Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

Great house. Match the images and description of the property. It is in a condominium of houses. Access is given by facial recognition at the entrance of the condominium and the keys are in a safe in the house. The house was clean and well organized. It has several utensils. The location is good, but it is a little far from the best area of Ponta Negra, but nothing to be desired.

Not only Cleusa was wonderful, but the place was also. I spent 28 days there and I have nothing to complain about, only to thank. Cleusa went "above and beyond" in a simple accommodation. She helped us, gave us tips on where to go, had the patience to check us in at 3 a.m. because my flight was delayed, and on top of that, she solved any problems we might have had. The house itself is super comfortable, the pool is always clean (no, I didn't clean it) and it has the quietness that was necessary for these long holidays. 100% recommended! THANK YOU, Cleusa!

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

Giving everyone privacy! Large kitchen equipped with everything, spacious leisure area with environment on the upper floor, security, everything impeccable our stay could not be better! Great house! A thousand for comfort, cleanliness, beauty and structure. We hired Nininha's services, which made all the difference in our vacation, she is a wonderful person and cooks extremely well, she even makes desserts. Neném is the housekeeper, Nininha's brother, he is always in the house and makes us safe, as well as being very helpful and an expert at a table. The house is beautiful and nice, clean and very comfortable. Beds are huge, king size! It doesn't have a defect at all, especially the view. Open the gate and step on the sand of the beach! Really divine thing! The only “problem” is Bianca's delay in responding, but after she arrives at the house, she no longer needs anything, baby and Nininha solve EVERYTHING! I recommend it and want to come back for sure.

Fantastic home, accommodated 15 people in comfort! Amazing view! Host always responded quickly and was flexible with check out, which helped us a lot! There was a problem with the house's power grid that was resolved quickly without causing further inconvenience. The housekeeper Erimar welcomed us very well, super nice people, always attentive and helpful! In short, I definitely want to come back! Haha
