It looks as expected. I love the design and color choices of the room. It is good enough to enjoy the stay. Everything is working. Good room to have a place to sleep and relax. Owner is friendly and understanding. Suggestion: It would have been better if there were more kitchen and room tools/essentials.

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Ideal for families. Rooms are well described as per posting. There are a lot of extra beds too. Quality furniture as well! Emily, her mom and the caretaker made our stay convenient as they were always willing to help. There are small stores nearby so its easy to get stuff esp ingredients for cooking.

Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

The best host so far! I've been using Airbnb for quite some time now—maybe around 5 years—but this is the first time a host went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. The host was very accommodating and friendly, even offering us a 2-hour extension free of charge. The place is huge! There are so many rooms and the space is perfect for big families or groups. We had no trouble finding the location, which was super convenient. The house had everything we needed, although the vibes were just a little bit spooky, just a little—nothing major. 😅 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we’re definitely coming back!

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

OK. Marlyn was great, Friendly and responsive. Met us on arrival at unit. The unit and area and everything was just like the photos. The only downside was the Pool was pay as you use. 200/adult 100/child per day. Close to SM Seaside, Ocean Park Cebu and most things. Just a 10 min taxi from Cebu South bus terminal to unit. Just tell the Security you are staying at un it 2024, your car space is 36, north end of units, elevator to floor2. Would definitely stay again. Air Conditioners were great, 1 in each room. Water filters and boiling water on demand for Coffee. Could have been some floor mats in Shower area as it is tiled.

Out host Gemma is very responsive and accomodating. The place was great with clean accomdation with enough utensils for our cooking needs. The amout we paid for 3 nights stay (there was 4 of us) was not bad. I highly recommed this place or will stay again in the near future. Best location if your planning to join the CCM(cebu city marathon)

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

I love how cozy and spacious the place is. The view outside the unit relaxes your mind and i love how big the pool is as well. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay. The host is very proactive as well when it comes to providing information about the unit.
