Villa holiday rentals in Cecina

Six of us spent a wonderful week at Vicky's villa to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The beautifully appointed house, the stunning views, and the swimming pool were all we had hoped for and more. Vicky is a five-star host. She welcomed us and even arranged to have a meal served upon our arrival. She generously helped us coordinate a catered birthday dinner at the villa. She shared interesting stories and lore from the area and made us feel very much at home. Before we left, she even took us on a tour of the magnificent Medici building under restoration on her property. From the villa, we headed out to Livorno, Pisa, Siena, and Florence, each a manageable day trip through the rolling Tuscan countryside. (Note: The final approach to the villa is over unpaved road; we were happy to have chosen an SUV for our rental.) We are left with great memories and many beautiful photographs of our stay in Peccioli. Thank you, Vicky!

The house is beautifully situated in the middle of olive trees, in the distance you can see the sea. The view from the terrace is a great photo motif at any time of the day. We were there with 4 adults. The house offers the opportunity to be private for everyone and at the same time plenty of space for time together. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. We will gladly come back. The house is perfectly equipped, with TV and WiFi, air conditioning and everything else you need. Electricity and gas are charged extra.

The accommodation is really wonderful and perfect for e.g. several couples, as each room has its own bathroom. You can enjoy the sun in the beautiful outdoor area and in the pool. However, frogs that croak at night should not be disturbed. The well-equipped kitchen and barbecue make the accommodation perfect. The only disadvantage was the barking dogs of the neighbors in the early morning hours, but with the window closed it is okay. The house is only accessible via a rocky gravel road, but it works if you follow Massimiliano's directions :) Otherwise, you can easily reach cities such as Livorno, Pisa or Lucca from the house by car. Overall, a clear recommendation for accommodation and host!

Great house in the Tuscan countryside, about 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest village with some restaurants. A perfect place to spend a vacation to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Genka was very hospitable, responded quickly to our messages and was not in the least intrusive and let us enjoy our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Concetta's beautiful home! The house itself is gorgeous and traditionally Tuscan. It is also in the most incredible scenery and sitting outside and taking in the view was an absolute joy. However, by far the best thing about our stay was Concetta and her husband Paolo. They could not have done more to make us feel more at home and it honestly felt like we were part of the family while we were there (including making us the most incredible meal, which I would strongly recommend you do if you stay!) Their hospitality, helpfulness and warmth made it feel like a true escape and I could not recommend it more.

This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at this place. The house was large and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. The house and garden offered a great atmosphere with its nice places to sit and relax or having our meals. Thank you Elena and Eugenio for your hospitality and great service.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

We (7 friends) enjoyed staying at the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She sent us a lot of tips about the area (including the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed something, an answer came very quickly. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. There is plenty of parking space. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

A Great Tuscan Retreat This Airbnb villa in Tuscany was an absolute gem! Surrounded by stunning landscapes, it offered wonderful views and a peaceful escape. The amenities were just right, ensuring a comfortable stay, including a pristine pool that was cleaned daily. Its location was ideal—within 30 minutes to an hour of Tuscany’s must-visit cities, making day trips effortless by car (we haven’t used public transportation). The hosts were incredibly welcoming, offering good recommendations, including Chef Irene, who prepared an unforgettable Tuscan lunch for us at the villa. This is a fantastic destination for a family vacation. I highly recommend it.

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

We were a big group of 14 people and the place was perfect for us. It is exactly as described, had all the amenities we needed. I can only recommend staying at this place.

The house and landscape are amazing and even better than on the pictures. Kitchen was fully equiped for our family (8+2 children) and easy to cook in. Pool was such a perfect way to spend quite and relaxing time during high Tuscan temperatures outside. Grat location to visit charming Tuscan villages and Florence. Good restaurants in Radicondoli for the dinner (especially Agriteca with lovely owner/chef). Lovely owners! We really loved our stay there. We felt like on a different planet :-) I highly recommend!

We were traveling with a group of 4 couples and three toddlers. And loved the place. Each couple had their own bathroom and everything was super clean. The entire complex was very well maintained. There was a tennis court, a football field, foosball, volleyball and a great children's playground. The facility cannot be better equipped. In addition, the location of the property is perfect for exploring Tuscany. We were completely satisfied and would come back right away.

Fantastic location in the middle of an olive grove, very quiet, no neighbors. There is a lot to discover in the house and property. Since the house is about 3 km outside, you should be mobile. The hosts were always very responsive.

Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. A short 15 min walk to the beach and a small bakery nearby to buy breakfast. Very nice host and friendly housekeepers who helped during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe's. We would definitely recommend it as hub for exploring Lucca and the surrounding area or just relaxing and enjoying the pool.

Beautiful place and so spacious! The kitchen is well equipped with some spices in the cupboard too. There is a nespresso machine and the host left some pods, lovely to enjoy a espresso while taking in the quiet beautiful surroundings. Big bedrooms, pool and table tennis. We only stayed for two nights, would love to come back. It’s perfect

We had a great stay at the villa. It is a little off the beaten path from Lucca, but very quiet. The furnishings are designed with great attention to detail and the entire accommodation is very clean. We were happy with everything around. Only the entrance is an adventure and can only be done with a small car.

We had a great week with friends at Villa Nicolai. The house is furnished in the Tuscan style and has everything you need. The garden with pool was simply fantastic and was also a paradise to romp around for the two little ones. We also got two cots and high chairs available. We would go back to the villa immediately and also the hosts were very friendly and smiling at all times and fulfilled all our wishes.

Villa Le Ginepraie, as the house is called, was nothing but magical for our stay in Tuscany. Spending time there with our three children, their partners, and two grandchildren provided the perfect setting for celebrating our anniversary. Tucked away in a serene location with beautiful landscapes wherever you looked, was something you only see in movies. Large bedrooms and spaces abound, highlighted by a spectacular pool area. Finally, to say our host, Valerio, was great is an understatement. His only goal is to make sure your stay is perfect. His help planning pizza dinners in the brick oven just outside a dining portico was so special, we did it twice. The information he provided regarding the area and his ability to assist in any way needed quickly was something that, without it, would not have made our stay as fantastic as it was. A place we would hope we could return to!!
